We got greeted by Merissa on a Sunday afternoon , not pushy at all , asked basic questions , and we did same . From then on we felt very comfortable with her and staff was very accommodating as well . Owner Bernie was a regular guy as well , not pushy at all , actually the opposite. We bought the boat and from paperwork to delivery was an enjoyable experience . I had and still have a few warranty issues but I’m sure they will take care of all of them . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership for any boating needs

Like most, I just went to look. A boat got my attention. I asked for someone to help and got introduced to Josh. He was patient, informative, and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or like I was being sold. He did a great job making sure I was comfortable with my decision. The techs were just as nice and informative. That is why I purchased my first new boat from them. I have no buyer’s remorse. I love the boat. I also appreciate the excellent customer service both pre and post-sale. I would give 10 Stars if I could! I was shopping for a boat, and my main concern was storage, because our HOA has specific guidelines for boats and trailers in driveways and yards. The size boat I was looking for did not fit those guidelines. I called EZ Marine and Storage and initially spoke with Mike, who turned out to be the Service Manager. He was very professional, and said he would have the Sales Manager Josh get back to me. Within a couple of hours, Josh called back. I explained my concerns about storage and Josh assured me he had storage available. We spoke about a specific boat, and he provided all the information on that boat. Sight unseen, Josh and I agreed on a price and delivery date.
It gets better ...
My wife and I showed up for delivery, and everything Josh and I spoke about was all ready to go. After the grueling task of completing the paperwork, a necessary evil, Josh provided an onboard guided tour of Brant Lake with instructions on the boat's features. A truly amazing experience. If you are in the market for a boat, before finalizing any deal, I would definitely recommend giving EZ Marine an opportunity to earn your business.

I was part of a bachelor party this past weekend on Schroon Lake. I found out about a week prior that 10 of us were supposed to be taking kayaks for a ride around the lake…..F that noise. I started frantically looking around at marinas and boat rental places when I found EZ marine and storage still had boats available. I immediately booked the largest pontoon boat they had and hoped for the best.
Not only was EZ extremely easy to work with, kind, friendly, and helpful when telling me places I should go on the lake, the boat was FREAKING AMAZING. We had 10 grown men and 3 full coolers on a brand new, immaculate pontoon boat. And the 150 HP (which I thought was a misprint when I booked), was not only powerful, but was enough to still throw guys off the tube we rented, even when fully loaded. We had a great day not paddling kayaks.
EZ, you guys saved our party. Thank you very much for everything!!

Ez Marine and Storage is a great business and they are very involved in the local community. Bernie, who is the owner, went out of his way to help me when no other business would. As a disabled veteran, I needed help unloading crates and Bernie volunteered without hesitation. He used his equipment and a couple of employees for a few hours to help me out. I can’t begin to express how grateful I am for the help. I would strongly recommend doing business with Ez Marine. The people there are great and so are their products.

I went to 4 other boat dealers before EZ. None of them could give me the deal I was looking for. Finally went and saw Josh from EZ, and he made it happen with the boat I wanted. The entire process was made easy, and I felt very comfortable dealing with them. Highly recommend!

I'm on Schroon Lake and I have been using EZ Marine to service and store my boats. Bernie and his team are fantastic to work with and provide awesome service. When I purchased my last boat from them in 2017 I was very impressed and decided to stick with them for service and storage. I have not been disappointed!

For example, this spring my 22 foot Cobalt had fiberglass damage and an odd power steering issue. At first, it looked the the repairs would take some time. Bernie rallied his team and had arranged to have the boat taken to Lake George for expedited fiberglass repairs. They also diagnosed what looked like a significant power steering issue to find some loose hose clamps. Repairs were complete in a week after I asked if we could get everything expedited so I could get out on the lake.
