I received a bid for a large paver job and I was happy with the price. Juan told me the job would take 2 weeks and he could start in 2 weeks. Exactly 2 weeks he started and finished in 9 days. His crew started every day at 7 am and worked until 4 pm. I am very pleased with the results. He was recommended by 2 neighbors who had paver work also.

1. Juan is not responsive to text or phone calls
2. Planted sod last spring and didn't level the ground so there's a very wet muddy low area right in off my rear patio that my dog steps in every time he goes out and comes into the house.
3. Planted winter rye right before a heavy rain and the seeds got washed away. I informed him but he never re-seeded so I've had a very muddy spot in front of my back patio for the last 4 months (low spot mentioned in #2).
4. Had him plant 3 citrus trees and two were planted crooked. I asked him to straighten/stake them but he didn't do it. Last wind storm caused two of the trees to lean heavily and he still says the citrus trees don't need to be staked. One tree was leaning at about 30 degrees.
5. They replaced a broken sprinkler riser and used a riser that's about 1" too high so you would have to mow around it or risk clipping the sprinkler head. Still waiting to get that fixed and it's been 3 weeks.
6. Have had to make a number of requests to take care of things, including regular mowing/trimming, and he says he'll be here on a certain day and doesn't show up or make an attempt to contact me to re-schedule.

I would hesitate to use this service in the future, but unfortunately, I paid in advance for his services until June, 2023.

Juan was very rude and condisending. When showing up on start day we had not spoke for 1.5 months so I went out to speak with Juan to make sure we were both on the same page for project design. Juan absolutely refused to speak with me, stating he knows what he is doing and gave me an ultimatum. "If I wanted to speak with him about the project he wouldn't do the work." If a trade won't speak with you about the design of your project, how good will it come out? I'm sure they planned to do substandard work and didn't want me the owner to be around to pick up on it. BEWARE!!!

Finally after 4 phone calls and now two attempts to fix the leak in the underground pipe Juan's men returned again to fix the leaking pvc pipe that has been leaking since May 13th when he installed my hose bib. I have upgraded him from a one start to a two star. Let's hope it is fixed this time. It is too bad I had to resort to writing reviews to have him finally show up after promising he would be there tomorrow and tomorrow never came until today.

I highly recommend Farmer Juan and his crew. They did a phenomenal job laying bricks pavers in our yard and a walkway out of our garage. He layed pvc for watering of our plants and trees. Artificial grass. Juan worked hard with his crew. We are so happy with the outcome. Juan is knowledgeable, honest, an excellent designer, reasonable with his prices. He takes pride in his work. You will not be disappointed.

Oh, we had him rip out all the waterlines that our builder had another landscaper use. They used a black material the size of a straw. Juan replaced everything in our front yard with pvc. And the plant I called them about being dead, they told me my warranty was up in October. We didn’t close till November and moved in to our home in December. Do not use the landscaper that Fulton Home uses!!!!!!! Use Farmer Juan.

Called Juan last minute and he was able to complete a cleanup front and back with excellent results the next afternoon.
