We've had an excellent experience with Filers Powersports, both in their parts service and sales department! The staff is always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to assist with any questions or needs we've had on and off the track! Listen y'all, if you want one of the easiest, no bait and switch, and a plethora of options for ATVs, SXS, Snowmobiles, and dirt bikes go experience what we did at Filers. Grant and Shaun were awesome. Real quick- I emailed asking about an SXS, received a call within 5 minutes, and spoke to Grant about it questions were answered. That same night after hours sent a message, not expecting to hear anything just inquiring about something on the machine. Thirty minutes later my phone had a response from Shaun, hey Dee we can do that, I'm like ok.. ok.. the next day we made an offer a little different than what was discussed, not expecting much. Was told, hey if you're willing to buy least do the deal. We were provided with a recommendation on where to buy a trailer as we needed one. (They must be cousins) because the same experience happened there. Flawless execution. Brooks Factory in Ontario NY is the place to buy a trailer y'all. We went to Filers the next day with $$ in hand and purchased our new, to us SXS. Filers sell Can AM and Polaris equipment and Honda is not one of the offerings. They had what we wanted on a trade-in, and Grant went over the machine as if it were one of their suppliers. And for what he couldn't explain in detail he mentioned a Honda dealer in Canandaigua that he knows personally and reached out to them on our behalf to let them know what we bought and gave us an option for future maintenance if needed. My wife and I also were planning on buying our helmets and goggles from another place, the deals were so good on these that we hit the easy button and purchased them. We didn't want to leave the candy shop and our new friends. But it was a groove and we had to move. Can't wait to see you Grant and Shaun again soon.

Typical sales flash. I should have walked away. Bought a brand new 2023 Switch Cruise. They tried to get me to sign the paperwork before I looked it over. Right from the start there was a trailer light hanging out and the plastic fenders on the trailer were stressed white where they were obviously hit and bent as plastic does. They quickly stuffed that back together. The unit was not washed or cleaned at all. Every cup holder is sun faded and discolored. At the time, less then 2 months ago it was the only place that had the rebate on this model and it was expiring. All they would manage to reduce was the prep fee because it obviously was not looked over. I felt very underwhelmed. I paid cash for a brand new machine that looks already used and no care went into the prep of the machine.

Not realizing how dirty it actually was until I was home and removing cushions, floor mats and seats. There are wasp nests, pinecones, lots and lots of mud. All stuff that can get caught in your bilge pump. It looked like it was stored in a dust bowl. I’m still trying to get all the mud out of the unit. I have lots of pictures and will put them in a nice album, the ones posted so far was from just removing the corner table and tile under it. To get to everything I’ll have to pop each tile to get all the mud out.

I miss the days when you spend a lot of money and you could also get something as simple as a shirt or ball cap from the dealers. Anything I talked to them about was extra and marked up so high it was really pointless. Literally nothing comes with the sale.

To pour salt on the wound less then 2 months later they are running a sale where I could have saved 4,000 and got the color I wanted and the bigger motor. Don’t be pressured and make the same sacrifice I did. The rebate is obviously on a rotating schedule. I don’t know where they are buying these from but make sure you look it over before taking ownership and good luck!

Filers has one of the better selections of toys around. Staff there is helpful and knowledgeable. Pricing is competitive, my experiences there are always positive and therefore I return regularly. If you haven’t been there, it’s worth a look.
