Ive had the best experience with FLORIDA TURF CO. I’ve used them personally and for my company. From small back yard projects to large dog kennels there team does amazing work. Fantastic job! The entire team from Alex to the installers were easy to work with and provided excellent service! Any questions I had, Alex quickly answered them. His team installed our new turf without creating a mess for us to clean up, & they worked very hard; the results are AMAZING!!! We love it!! Great company to work with for our project. We've had great experiences with this company. Alex is very professional and ensures the job is done to your satisfaction. We've had him do turf in our backyard, rock in our side yard, and he also helped us install posts for shade sails over our pool. If I could give zero starts, I would. Alex emailed that he'd be coming at lunchtime. I messaged at 12:45 to confirm and he was an hour out. He arrived with no samples. We shared some measurements we had received from another company. It was no secret that we were shopping around, after all this is a big investment. We needed to make sure we were comparing apples to apples which means, type and quality of turf, warranty, install process and price. He was to email the estimate that evening. He did not. I reached out at 3:44 pm the next day asking about the timeline for the quote and I expressed that since he did not provide a sample it would be difficult to make a comparable comparison. Alex's response at 5:54 " We are not the turf company for this project. You have plenty of qualified quotes already that are better suited for this scenario". What does that mean? So, I responded. "Wow...I wasn't expecting that response. Can you advise why this project is not for you"? Alex responded "We cannot compete with some of the companies you had out. We typically don't win projects when so many turf companies are involved". That makes no sense to me. I replied " It was a waste of your time and ours. We're making an expensive investment to our home and it would be stupid to not research to ensure what we're getting. We've let our neighbors know (they also got a measurement and were waiting on a quote...so he could have potentially 'won' 2 homes side by side) and will be sure to spread the word". So, EVERYONE I encourage you to save your time and do NOT contact Florida Turf Company. One thing Alex was right about, there are a lot of local turf companies, and they want our business. He clearly does NOT. Good Luck!
