this experience was a 10/10 !
from the very beginning Connie answered all my questions. She made my vision come to life! We decided to get butterflies for my moms celebration of life and Connie did not disappoint ! My mother’s celebration of life was beautiful because of these butterflies. I definitely recommend this company! & I’ll definitely be back again! 10/10 ..

I don't know who answered the phone I was trying to have someone help me with the caterpillars that I have before they die because my milkweed is dying, unfortunately I had to leave a voicemail and whoever returned the call left the rudest voicemail I think anybody has ever left which is very unprofessional so I don't know what this company does but they definitely don't help people trying to help butterflies.

I am local in Bradenton and lost my grandmother last year on my birthday. I wanted to do something this year that was joyful and a way to honor my birthday and the 1 year of losing her. I came across an old Indian proverb about butterflies and then found Connie's website. I was local so I didn't need shipping. Connie was amazing. She emailed me back really fast, was very accommodating and helped me in getting a date/time for pickup. Everything went exactly as she said and I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. I hope I can make this an annual tradition and as long as connie keeps selling butterflies I wouldn't consider giving my business to anyone else.

Heartbroken!! My beloved sister passed away from virus!! She absolutely loved Butter flies!! We released 12 beautiful butter flies after her memorial is past Saturday (june 27th) Dedicated to the 12 days of Christmas!! The butterfly cottage was beautiful!! One stunning butter fly remained for a few seconds. I believe she remained a moment to give me a hug!!! I will forever be grateful for that!! A thoughtful remembrance for anyone you 💘 If you see a purple butterfly...smile!!

It literally pains me to write bad reviews but wow... If I can give 0 stars, I would. Let me start off by saying, this is our 2 time purchasing butterflies from this company. We have made it a tradition for my sisters birthday every year to release butterflies into the world and into our garden as this represents my sister to us. The first time around was great. She was mostly always in communication with my grandma but, since my grandma does not speak english very well, I always am there as well. We ordered MONTHS* in advance. Im talking about, we ordered in FEBRUARY and the day is May 16... We call her to confirm everything is going to go smoothly DAYS IN ADVANCE just for her to say the shipping will not work that way, we cannot receive the butterflies as we planned on Monday due to postal service and the butterflies will die and she's just going to cancel our order and RUDELY hangs up. We proceeded to call the company MULTIPLE times and she would not pick up any of our phone calls. I then proceed to text her asking her for a solution, if she was going to refund? Could we do something, no answer. I then proceed to say I was going to give a bad review, and she answers and says im threatening her and there was nothing she can do, and she should not have to deal with this (her business... my money?) Then proceeds to say that she does not control the postal service, that she does not control anniversary days or the days of the week, she was so extremely rude. I even apologized if she felt threatened, i just wanted the butterflies, I expressed I* WOULD CHANGE THE DATE OF MY SISTERS CELEBRATION IF SHED SEND THE BUTTERFLIES!! SHE STILL SAID NO. She was gaslighting me basically when SHE was rude from the jump, said she was gonna cancel, with no explanation and NO communication... I cant im so disappointed in this service, its really hurtful the way she went about this, I have no butterflies for my celebration, she refunded my money and basically said she would rather cancel than ever have to deal with stress..... just dont do it lol .... so rude and absurdd that there are people like this

I was able to keep all 13 butterflies alive with your wonderful instructions.🦋They were such a wonderful touch to the graveside memorial. I spoke to a lady on the phone asking if she would have baby caterpillars wondering around her garden because I just bought my niece a butterfly garden kit she was rude “ you need to need to contact the people who gave it to you cause that’s not how it works ,you don’t have the plants nor the butterflies than hangs up rudely “ she doesn’t even know me don’t go here!!
