Great Experience !! I am a first time boat buyer. I bought an awesome used Lund boat. They took the time to go over the boat with me and the price was fair. Shop and Buy with confidence, these guys are great. Will do business with them again.

I have never seen someone run their business as disrespectfully and unhelpfully as them. I ordered a dock, a boat lift, and two wave runner lifts from them. When all the parts were delivered, I asked the delivery men to count all the parts and walk me through everything. They counted and told us that they forgot several parts and had to go back to get them. That was the first red flag. As we were putting together the dock, we noticed that there were a few pieces on the directions sheet that weren't in the bundle. When we drove up there and asked why, the owner informed us that those were optional and unnecessary and charged us several hundred dollars for them, even though it's practically inconceivable that two men could have gotten an L-shaped 18 ft dock into the water without the wheel and other parts that we had to buy. The construction of the wave runner lifts went fine, but when we started to put together the boat lift, I again noticed that pieces were missing. When I called and asked about this, he said "Oh yeah you definitely need that" so my wife drove there to pick them up, even though it was their fault that they hadn't included them. When she got there, he made her call me so he could tell me to check the parts list and make sure we truly didn't have it, which is what they should have done in the first place! After basically blaming it on us and mocking my wife for the fact that we hadn't finished yet, he gave her the parts and rushed her out because he was "late for a graduation party."

In short, I will never be buying anything there ever again. I am disgusted with the way he treats his customers and I urge everyone who even considers shopping there to take their business elsewhere.

bought a boat from them at the boat show in 2012. have had a good relationship with them since then. have my boat serviced closer to home so I don't know about the service department. had a problem in 2012 with the tach on the boat shortly after I purchased it . the owner got a new one and brought it to my house and installed it on the boat while the boat was on a hoist in the water. I live in Central Square, N.Y., so he had a ways to go to get here. had a couple of small issues which were easily resolved. his customer service has been excellent with me. just ordered a mooring cover from Glastron for my boat through them. would not hesitate to go to them even thought it is not close by.
