If you want synthetic grass, this is the absolute best company!!!! This is a family-run business that will give you personal attention in a professional and timely manner. Ken and Denise Karmie are at the helm, and although their corporate office is out of California, Ken personally came to design and oversee our initial install. He then checked in with us to verify we were happy with their product. We were extremely happy with the design for our cage-free dog parks and the quality of the product. Many years later, when we wanted to freshen the grass for the dogs, Ken, again came out. His Pacific Coast lead, Jason, took over on this second project. Jason and his team were excellent! Our grass is used every day by dozens of dogs and staff so time was of the essence. Jason got his team out to our facility at 6am and worked tirelessly, with smiles on their faces, until the job was complete. They even did extra work on our fences to assist in the project. We would never go with another company. The dogs and staff love the product. Unlike concrete or real grass, this product looks great all the time and the dogs love running and playing on it. Everyone is happy!

We have three dogs and they love it. Took about two days for them to get used to it but now they play and lay on it all the time. Guys were great that installed and they finished in one day. You have to get the GOT PEE? works so good. I used it on some old carpet pee stains from when my dog was a puppy and they are gone now.

I’d give this company 10 stars if I could. I’m thrilled with the results. The K9 grass looks spectacular and is easy to take care of. My dog runs and plays on it like real grass, she stays clean, and it integrates perfectly with my hardscape and other landscaping.

Every part of the process from purchasing to installation and follow up was efficiently and professionally handled. All personnel responded to calls and emails immediately and everyone was friendly and remarkably accommodating. The installation was impeccable.

Everything I needed was taken care of without delay. I was particularly impressed with how quickly they responded to my request to come out early in the morning a few days after the installation to open an access area in the K9 grass for my landscaper to fix an irrigation pipe leak AND that they came back again the same day to replace the subsurface fill and restore the area to its previous state of perfection! The entire experience of working with this company—from start to finish—absolutely exceeded my expectations.

We are so pleased with the installation and K9 Grass product. With two large breed dogs, our backyard natural grass had taken a beating. Now we have a beautiful green grass that looks great and will be easy to care for!

What made the K-9 product different than anything we'd seen was it's ability to allow any liquids to go through the woven back. With regular hosing and occasional enzyme based spraying, it should be easy to care for.

Chris, our Sales contact was very helpful throughout the process. From the original bid to the final contract, he answered all our questions promptly and was a consumate professional.

The day prior to the installation, I received a call from the installation leader talking me through the installation process for the day and making sure we had the name of his team leader, Adam, who would be onsite first on installation day. The team was professional and friendly and did not leave until they felt comfortable that we had mainteance instructions and understood them.

So, why aren't you giving them a call for a quote? It may not be your least expensive quote but pay attention to the quality of the product and level of service you'll receive in comparison. We're happy we did!
