Purchasing boat was great experience. First time I needed something fixed (6-7 years after purchase), I was told, "we only work on boats sold in the last few years." Hopefully service after the sale has improved.

Edit - this incident was 4ish years ago and the staff member's response is not regarding my interaction. I haven't called there since the above mentioned interaction. For lying I'd like to make it 0 stars but it won't let me. Bad service is 1 thing but lying to protect one's tarnished reputation is another. Great boat but zero stars for the service after the sale.

Wife and I were looking to get our first boat. After getting terrible customer service at the first place we went, we came here. The folks at Fremac were great. Jim helped us out and we were in our boat in less than a week. Thanks Fremac for proving great service and helping a couple of beginners out!

We have been boat shopping up and down the east coast, we are in Virginia. I found them online through Boat Trader. We ended up finding a used boat in Maryland but Jim was a HUGE help to us, answering all our many questions about Yamaha jet boats just to help out a fellow boater. If we ever buy a new boat, I’m calling Jim. It’s hard to find sales people who are for you and not just for a sale. Jim, I hope you have a banner year my friend, that the reward of reciprocity would be in your favor!

The few times I had some warranty work needed, they were prompt and thorough, getting me back on the water quickly.
