I'm not the best at writing reviews, but I wanted to share my experience here. In 2022, I invested a significant amount of money in landscaping services with this company. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them. The owner's attitude was quite unpleasant when he showed up to our house no thank you for choosing us etc a normal business would do. To make matters worse, two years later, I have to redo everything they had done. They didn't even put a weed barrier down. The fire place concrete has cracked, the lights out in the yard don't work pry because all the wires are dangerously exposed and the key to turn on the fireplace is very hard sometimes cant get it to turn. . This was truly the worst service I have ever encountered. They like to place the blame on the customer/Client then take accountability.

We recently had the pleasure of hiring FRSR to landscape our backyard. We are thrilled with the work they have done. From building a new patio, adding turf, lighting, and incorporating a variety of plants, FRSR truly exceeded all our expectations.

The patio addition FRSR designed and built flows smoothly from our existing patio. The craftsmanship is exceptional and the attention to detail is evident. We now have a functional and inviting space for outdoor gatherings. The installation of the turf was equally impressive. The team carefully prepared the ground, ensuring a smooth and level surface. The lighting FRSR included has completely transformed our yard. The lighting enhances the yard during the evening hours. We are now able to enjoy the yard after the sun sets.

Throughout the entire process, the team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine passion for their craft. Matt listened to our ideas and his recommendations were invaluable. Communication with Eric and Janet was excellent, and they kept us updated every step of the way. The project was completed within the estimated timeframe, and they left the worksite clean and ready to use. It was evident that they take great pride in their work, ensuring every detail was perfect.

We highly recommend FRSR to anyone seeking to transform their outdoor space. Their expertise, creativity, and customer service are unparalleled. We are thrilled with our new backyard, and we couldn't be more grateful for their outstanding work.

Fun Update 4/23/23 - Eric sent his team out to check the sprinkler and instead of checking it they broke the system and caused the power in our home to go out. They said Eric is the one that programs them and while trying to solve for it his people jumped in their truck and drove away. Eric and Janet did not return our calls after they damaged our system. His workers also confirmed that the concrete section was poured incorrect.

They have done multiple jobs on our street and everyone is having issues. If you think it’s great now with time it will fall apart.

Please avoid this company at all cost. They will take your money and do a terrible job. What Eric
is doing is criminal.

If I could give this company a 0 I would. Eric is by far the worst business person I have encountered. He will lie to your face, talk poorly about previous clients and above all they will NOT fix the terrible work they do. Please run as fast as you can from this company. He will take your money and run. He never showed up to inspect the work once his team was done. We had multiple buried sprinkler heads and down spouts. He will try and blame anyone he can and will never show up to address issues. He sends Janet out to the wolves and then eventually she will start to ignore you. He put sod in and told us not to water, all the sod died and they tried cutting portions out to replace and now the grass is different colors. They poured uneven steps and then applied a terrible overly that is chipping. The sprinkle trench line was collapsing and he blamed the builder until I tracked down on if his workers and they admitted it was the tench line. They also confirmed that he will not call you back. I have emails where they claim they will fix the steps that are still not level and the chipping overly with drip marks but now I’m just being ignored now. Best part is that we still have a warranty that he continues to refuse to honor. They also damaged the siding to our home and didn’t fix it. We even asked Eric about his bad reviews and he blamed the previous partner and a customer in another neighborhood.I’m sure some have had good work but I’ve seen so many bad comments that I would highly recommend not using this company.

We just got our backyard landscaped by FRSR and couldn't be more pleased. We had a lot of companies come out and received many bids. We were initially a little concerned about FRSR because of some negative reviews and a hit on the BBB site. We could not ignore the value and the proposal for the job and Eric really seemed to listen to what we wanted. The pricing was excellent and his bid on one of our features (patio paver deck) was three times lower than other companies we had bids from. Other neighbors we talked to highly recommended his company so we took a chance and it ended up being a great experience. The job was completed very quickly and everything went super smooth. The crew that worked on our place were super friendly and did a top notch job.

Very good experience overall. Since our home was a new build we had to start from scratch and needed help with design/layout. We received a quote and mock-up very quickly with insights and recommendations that we hadn’t thought of. Once project started the team worked straight through until it was completed.

They were able to get our yard done quicker than initially expected which was really needed considering the mud our pups were dragging in on the daily. We had a bit of miscommunication on the layout but they were able to fix it the way we desired and it came out. (Turf developed a dip in it and they said they would come back out to fix it but never did. Turf seams also never blended in like they mentioned)

FRSR has been fantastic to work with at our new house, completing backyard landscape, irrigation system expansion, and concrete walkways/steps and patio installation. They were extremely competitive, and timely in scheduling, completing the bulk of the work within one week. Very good crew, and site supervisor. I'd definitely recommend them, and plan to use them for our next project.
