This is not about stars. This is about your management needing to understand the needs of a business owner.

If you all were customers of mine and followed my pages, y’all would know that I love Full Moon products. I love them for my family, my products, and my customers.

I usually purchase bulk for the shop. I usually walk in and am able to get what I need. I admittedly haven’t been there in a while. We have moved our shop and undergone reboot add a hot tea bar. Which is why I need honey sticks.

When I came into, I told the manager what I needed. I told her i usually purchase a couple jugs and a few boxes of honey stick. She asked me what business and I told her. So she knew at that point this was a B2B bulk sale. There was some confusion about how many honey stick were in a box. I then told her I needed about 50 packs of honey sticks. She asked when, I said now. Her immediate response was no. Ok, now I’m a little frustrated, I say ok leave and go to my truck. Shoot an email to the company letting them know who I am, what I need, and when can I pick up.

I know I’m opening in a few days, I need these now. I go back in, put up what’s on the shelves. She then tells me she count out what I need. I said no thank you I sent an email to the company. The snideness in letting me know that she was the one the email went to because she is the manager.

There is no place in business for ego. Because you hold the title manager and manjeri the decision is the main reason you should be building B2B relationships instead of losing them.

What you should have done is
1. Filled the order. Give me X amount of time and I’ll have that ready for you.
2. Informed customer (me) that if you will give me X amount of time in the future to have large order ready for you…since I told you I was driving from Tallahassee.

If you would have done these things, you would have not.
1. Reduced your sale of possible $100-200 (depending on what else I decided I need when I was there) to $45.00.
2. Losing a B2B bulk customer for the business that pays your pay check.

I still do love the product. So the star count is for the service I received today only! I however will not drive from Tallahassee to be met with that type of attitude.

I highly recommend the gallberry honey made by Full Moon Farm. This is a very local product, and I was thrilled to find it in their shop in Monticello. It has the most wonderful taste. You cannot find this outside of the Red Hills and northern Panhandle area. Thank you for some great honey.

Stumbled on this little store by accident while in Monticello Florida. It's inside of a charming cafe along main street. I checked it out and found some Palmetto honey! Wonderful on hot buttered biscuits! They had numerous flavors to choose from but my favorite is Palmetto! Prices are reasonable also! Will make sure I look it up again when I go back that way again!

Love the place although it was hard to find. It is inside a bakery, so we passed by several times without seeing it. It has good stuff if you are going to produce honey and also if you are looking for honey end products. From honey, to soaps, lip balms and honey themed decorations. Love everything...
