Bought my first Harley, a 2024 street glide. I worked with Scott Gundle who was great! Scott was very responsive as most of our dealings were via text and phone calls. We were quickly able to work out a deal. When I went to sign papers and pick the bike up everyone was friendly and excited for me! I got introduced to all the different departments and was given a thorough run down of the bikes features. At no point did I feel like I was being rushed or pressured. Scott was patient and very knowledgeable. I wish all vehicle buying experiences could be like this. Really can’t say enough good about it! If you are in the market for a Harley, I definitely recommend FX Caprara Harley-Davidson!

My husband and I bought 2 Can-Am Outlander 700s. Scott was extremely helpful and found us four wheelers that were the best fit for us. He was not pushy at all and if anything, gave honest answers and friendly advice. The financing Manger was very nice as well. We will definitely be purchasing from here again and requesting to work with Scott. I highly recommend going here if you're looking for great service and an awesome machine!

Had bike issues, saddle bag wouldn't latch, had to use cord to had closed. They got me in the next morning after I called. Fixed it to work well enough for me to ride up to Canada and then home to CT. Absolutely great people

Ordered a new rear tire for my Africa Twin in early June. They told me it would be there in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I hadn’t heard from them so I called and I was told that it was.back ordered. I gave them 3 more weeks, still no word so called again and they told me it wouldn’t be in until September! Claimed it was Hondas fault. I found the same tire online and ordered it, had it in days and $100 less. Come on guys, it was a tire, not an exotic part. And at least call me when you aren’t going to make your promised date. Bottom line is that they are a Harley dealer and don’t know or care about “metric” even though they claim to be a Honda dealer.

Service Department Manager Chris Foley provided help with my bike storage situation. He was very understanding and responsive. When was required, the other team members stepped up as well. I really wish this place was around the corner from me (I live in California) so I could proudly call it "my bike shop"!

Bought a Can am 1000, brand new right out of the box. Super pleased with the machines preformance, it's so fast it's scary. That being said we tried our very best to get a helmet thrown in for free or even at a discount price, they wouldn't even consider it. This atv is one of the most powerful machines they have and it wasn't cheep the least they could have done was given us one helmet. But besides that very clean and organized store. Wide range of bikes,4x4, side by side and, sleds. Check em' out!...so now 13 months later this beautiful machine has had many rear differential problems, mechanics are aware of this constant problem stating machines usually take a hit the first year. Well for the price this should not happen! Not happy with the way service men handle customers.
