I just had my wedding reception here last weekend and I can't put into words how perfectly everything went! Our meetings with Bill and Karol were very clear and efficient leading up to the wedding day so on the day of, I didn't have a worry in the world! They did everything we asked and more- they set up and clean up everything and cook whatever you could want for dinner! The crystal room is BEAUTIFUL- I highly recommend it for a wedding reception venue if you want amazing pictures.
If I had one complaint, it would be that several people told me afterwards that the wait staff was very rude and it was evident that they didn't want to be there. Luckily, this could be an easy fix for the future.

Me and my husband got married here this past November 2022. Carol and her husband were incredible! We had to plan our wedding within 2 months, and they worked so great with us to unsure everything would be taken care of. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful here & I have nothing but good things to say! We had our ceremony & reception here. The home cooked food was delicious, and Carol & her husband were amazing the morning of my wedding and helped coordinate everyone & made sure everything went smoothly. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Crystal Garden's venue was absolutely perfect! Staff is very helpful in planning your wedding. My daughter was very organized and gave Karol a detailed explanation of how she wanted the room set up. Karol and Bill had the room exactly the way my daughter wanted it. The food was amazing and so was the cake. Several of our guests told us this was a "first-class" wedding. The staff checked on us several times during the reception to make sure all was good. Crystal Gardens is a hidden gem! I highly recommend Crystal Gardens..I promise..you won't be disappointed.

My wife and I got married here almost a month ago. To say everything was perfect would be an understatement. Every single part of our big day went better than we could have ever hoped for. The venue was set up exactly how we wanted it, the ceremony went off without a hitch and most of all the venue is absolutely beautiful. The food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was even better. We received only great comments from all of our guests and would highly recommend Crystal Garden. Bill and Karol assisted us the entire way through the process and made sure that everything went as planned. Thank you to those two for helping us create the most memorable night of our life!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! The female owner was extremely rude. Their contract is not clear. For example, the contract says centerpieces are included in the package we picked. In their pictures they advertise different floral arrangements and centerpieces but at our last meeting 15 business days before our wedding the owner (female) tells us that the flowers were not included with the centerpieces and we could only use the vases and mirrors. Another example, dishes were also supposed to be included but in our package but again 15 days before our wedding we are paying them extra to use their "cake plates." Crystal Garden was supposed to set up our chairs for our ceremony but because we didn't pay to rent their chairs, we had to come the morning of our wedding and set up, again our contract say "best of all we set up and take down for you." My wedding day started there bad because the female owner would not let the wedding party in to get dressed. The female owner originally told use we (the wedding party) could arrive 30 min before the start of the wedding but when we got there she just stood at the door and would not let us in, meanwhile I hadn't put on my dress and the wedding was scheduled to start at 3 (it was 2:40pm). When we entered into the reception hall the venue didn't have enough chairs at the head table so we had to wait until they sat up four more spaces. We picked Crystal Garden because it was beautiful and we could stay in one place for everything. We didn't want the rest of the headaches this place came with. For the amount of money we spent, our experience with Crystal Garden should have been a good one. Their servers were nice and so was her husband. 1 star because of how beautiful this place is.

Poor experience when trying to have my wedding here. The owner was very short & did not provide me with a lot of information. When I asked for a rough estimate of costs she replied by saying “it’s on the paper” instead of doing a cost breakdown with us like other venues had done. It was as if she didn’t want my business. I spoke to another couple that tried to plan their wedding here also, and had the same negative experience. Sucks because its a beautiful venue, but I can’t imagine planning a day so special for me with a business owner like that.

We recently hosted a 50th Anniversary Party at the Crystal Garden and I could not be happier with the venue. They handled set up and clean up and the meal was AMAZING. This is not your typical "banquet food." The chicken piccata was fork tender, deliciously sauced & seasoned, and obviously cooked & served fresh. The roasted veggies were firm and full of flavor, and the wild rice pilaf was perfect (not dry!). Fresh bread rolls & salad to boot! We brought in our own cake and paid the extra plate fee (which was discussed ahead of time). Honestly, they did such a nice job slicing & serving the cake, it was well worth the plating fee. We also discussed centerpieces and room arrangement ahead of time & both were handled to my satisfaction. My advice would be to simply make sure you discuss everything ahead of time. Karol & Bill are lovely & very accommodating, but they are not mind-readers. Make sure you cover the details & I'm sure your event will be a success!

Nice building. Impressive glass (crystal) room! The proprietors were very accomodating as I worked a wedding reception here. It would get 5 stars if the air conditioning had been more effective. I guess it takes quite a lot to cool that huge glass room with the sun pouring in. It was like working in a greenhouse! This venue would be much better in the cold months.
