Great customer service and healthy, fresh flowers. I walked in, picked a bouquet from the refrigerator, had her change the bow (she showed me a few options), grabbed a card, asked for and received a travel box, paid and was on the road with a beautiful, appropriately priced bouquet in 6 minutes. I will never go anywhere else in Fortuna!

Order flowers for my daughter's birthday on the same day and they made her a beautiful arrangement and had it delivered to her school in only a couple hours I was so happy with what they made for me! And best of all my daughter absolutely loved it! Garcia's flowers last a very long time and they have very reasonable prices the girls that work there are very nice and helpful. I will definitely make this my florist.

I highly recommend Garcia's Florist. I recently ordered flowers and delivery for my mom's birthday. I chose a design from their website. The lady I spoke with on the phone did an excellent job helping me with my order. She was cheerful and kind. The flowers arrived when specified and were absolutely beautiful. I ordered an $90 bouquet, including delivery, two blocks away from their shop, for my Mother’s birthday. I asked for a dozen roses and various fall flowers. When it arrived there were zero roses, just carnations and fall flowers. While it was a beautiful bouquet, it was no way worth $90, more like $39. I felt like I was ripped off because I live out of town and they didn’t send my Mom roses. When I called to voice my concern, I was given three options to rectify the situation: Have a new bouquet made and they would swap it out; 50% off; or send a dozen roses. I opted for the dozen roses. When they arrived, they were already open so probably their older stock. Very disappointed in this florist. I will go back to Fortuna Florist in the future.

This florist always creates such beautiful bouquets. They will also sell you bows and stuff to cover a potted plant that I had purchased somewhere else. The girl was super nice.

One of my family members ordered 2 dozen red roses from the shop and paid good money she orded them 6 days before mother's to be delivered this Saturday she contacts my family member and says she can't send the flowers because she doesn't have any. My family member was very upset and very hurt by this because they were a gift from her to her mother I for one will not do business there
