Nice place for a small venue. It needs some painting but our decorations covered most of that. Overall, pretty good venue for a reception.

We enjoyed the space for a graduation party. The price for the location was for all day and we had enough time to set up before the party. It has a kitchen and bathroom. Sitting inside , patio seating and gazebo outside. It’s a little dated and gets hot inside. It’s great price and easy access and plenty parking

My first time ever renting this building and hated the service that was given. Ms Karen originally told me she had rented bounces houses there at the building before and told me as long as it not in the grass. She actually gave me the idea to rent the bounce house. Later Ms Linda who is ''VERY JUDGEMENTAL'' told me they don't have bounce house rentals on their property and I couldn't rent it. Now this has become a problem because now here it is the day of my event I have paid for the bounce house in full and not able to get my money back. Ms Linda words exactly was ''There will not be any one watching the kids and they will be running in the road and in their grass. I was really offended by that comment. First why would you think I will have kids unattended, 2nd I knew not to have the bounce house by the road or in the front of the building of the nice scenery they have. I paid for a water slide and they wouldn't even remove the lock off the faucet for me to use it. I contacted Good Time bounce house rental and told them what happened and they replaced my original order no problem. When they arrived they mention ''ma'am I don't understand why you was denied to have the lock removed from the faucet because we have rented water slides here before. Immediately I knew I was judged by Ms Linda. You have now lost a customer!!! My first and last time.
