I come in here from time to time when I need things. Trying to support a small business, even though their items are quite a bit more expensive as Lowe’s or Home Depot. People are usually friendly.

Went here the other day for some chainsaw parts. Stood there for 15 minutes. No one could come and help me . I didn’t have any questions. I knew what I needed but they keep the parts behind the counter. Meanwhile, there’s three young associates “hanging out “at the register. I’ll just take my business to the big box stores, bigger variety, cheaper prices and associates are more than willing to help.

We are new to Ocala and wanted to go to a real hardware store! Cool little place! Three 3 girls in the deli was so nice and loved our pup Rio! The girl up front that checked us out needs to check herself! No personality. And rude. Maybe needs to go to the adult toy store! 😁

Great hardware store! I have purchased my chainsaw chain and had them sharpen the old ones, along with some small plumbing/home projects! I do wish they charged by the gallon instead of by the pound for propane. Feels like the costs for propane is higher then the norm?

Went for propane top up of my 30 pound Tank which was at minimum 3/4 full. They tried to charge me for a 30 pound tank. They did not charge by the gallon like before when i went there. They charged me for a 20 pound tank rather than by the number of gallons they put in. I know this was double what they put in. If owner see this and wants to talk. Add tour number and name to this post and i will call you.

The best thing about this place is the deli! Make sure you get dome of Tommy's BBQ when he cooks! Great spot for around the house and property fixes too!

I really wanted to love this place. But when they fill propane they don’t charge by the lbs they charge a fee per can. Both of my 15lbs cans were 1/3 full and I was charge a total of $42. That’s a rip off, will be going to tractor supply from now on.
