My daughter-in-law who lives overseas ordered me flowers through Fromyouflowers as a birthday gift. The flowers were delivered by Belly's. I'm only giving one star because there is no option for zero stars. The bouquet looked nothing like what was ordered. The blooms were of a much cheaper variety, and they were all wilted and losing their leaves with some already dead. The few tiny white roses were already brown. Quite honestly the flowers looked like they came out of a discount bucket (or discard bucket) at the grocery store. We have contacted Fromyouflowers and I believe they are giving a refund.

Had the worst delivery, flowers were old and wilted!!
Called store to file a complaint.
Owner screamed at me ,and told me to call 1 800 flowers. not her problem!!!! These flowers came from this store!!! How can it not be her problem.
I will not recommend this place to anyone!! And writingBBB also!!!

Horrible! My sister sent me flowers through FTD. Sending them in memory of my daughter who passed at birth. She would be 16 today. My sister chose a beautiful huge 80% pink floral arrangement with roses, carnations, and daisy’s. I got 2 pink roses and 3 red, and a few white daisy’s with dark green half dead fillers. They knew what these flowers were for as she stated it in the card she sent. After reading these reviews I dont understand why FTD continues to use them.

I received a bouquet for my birthday. It was ordered through FTD. Instead of fulfilling the order and sending beautiful fresh flowers, they sent what looked like a bunch from the supermarket and slapped on a ribbon. The flowers weren’t fresh and they weren’t as advertised. They don’t answer the phone and you can’t leave a message. FTD quickly replaced them , from another florist, with a beautiful bouquet as pictured online.

I would never use that florist!

My mom had a major surgery and my Aunt ordered flowers through FTD and this florist fulfilled the order. The price point was100 dollars plus an up fee for a card.
There was no card. Just a papper like note. The flowers she received are low budget and looked like they were already days old. The vase had very little water in it. I would value them at around the 39.99 range. Very disappointed! Another arrangement was suppose to come yesterday. It did not. I would upload a pic but not an option as far as I can see.

Flowers were half dead when I received them and the next day most of the roses had lost their petals. Called Belly's and told them the situation, he said they would deliver another bouquet the next day. Never received the bouquet. Tried calling and no answer, left a message and no return call. Spoke with FTD and they are going to send another bouquet from a different shop. Would not recommend and the person I spoke to from Belly's was very rude!!

I ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day. The day after they were supposed to be delivered I received a call from my Mom letting me know the flowers were left outside a neighbor's door in the hot sun. The neighbor discovered them after they had sat in the sun until the following day. Obviously, she was very disappointed the flowers were ruined.
