Our only regret is not discovering Grace's sooner! My husband and I have struggled for YEARS with our organic herb-and-veggie garden. We replaced some of our boxes a few months ago and decided to try Grace's. Everyone we have encountered has been polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable -- always willing to share helpful tips and ideas! Although we've yet to actually visit the retail location, Stephanie and her team have been in our garden several times since April. We elected to have Grace's line the beds, place a "floor" of rocks and use that magnificent special soil they carry and then plant herb and veggie starters. We also now have our rain barrels (one is a two-barrel setup, and the other is five connected barrels) outfitted with pumps and hoses, so it's now a breeze to actually water other plants utilizing the barrels (instead of dipping a watering can inside the barrel repeatedly)! Any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally, and there was a small issue with the hoses we personally requested, but Stephanie and her team were right on it and solved the situation quickly. We highly recommend this family-owned and -operated business! We are customers for life!

It saddens me to read these most recent reviews. I was in the store a couple months ago when a young, adult plugged his cell just to charge it above one of the hydroponics setup. They were polite and explained he couldn't do that for liability reasons. I imagine some of these bad experience reviews are backlash to that. I have been shopping at this store for 4 years. I never had a bad experience. So I went this morning to see if things had changed. The store reps are still helpful & personable that hasn't changed. Thank you for having such a great selection of everything a gardner needs and amazing fruit trees, seeds and starters. The Barbados Cherry tree is beautiful & much better price that I have seen from Tampa to Plant City. It will be a great addition. So happy to see you have ladybugs in stock!

The most knowledgeable staff on planet earth. If you get to talk with Steve, you would think he constructed "The Land" at ebcot. Plants are grown with love and they also have a great variety.

I never came in because I thought it was only hydroponics. Today, after lunch next door, I noticed the plants outside, so I stopped in. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered my questions, made some suggestions, and I left with a dragon fruit plant and an elderberry bush. I will definitely be back!

We love our hydro set up from Grace’s! Steve set us up right and the whole shop is super helpful with any questions we have. So much lettuce, so fresh, and it’s so fun in the process! Simpson Elite is my new favorite and definitely not something you can buy at Publix. Highly recommend visiting Grace’s if you are thinking about hydroponics.

today was my third visit. great store, there's so many different things in the you could spend a while looking at everything. overall prices there are pretty good, they also have a rewards program where you can get credits for future visits.

What a fantastic garden shop. They have just about everything you’d even need to grow whatever it is you want to plant. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. I ask a lot of questions and they answered everyone of them. It’s not close to my location but definitely worth the drive. It’s now my GO-TO garden center.

I purchased $512.00 worth of plants. They died within 4 days, the tall gentleman said "you live and you learn". Well they will learn because we spend over $240,000 a year on plants. I was very disappointed in his attitude. Please don't even think about supporting this place.
