Extravagant flowers, wonderful service!!!

I placed an order at 9am on New Year’s Eve, and just hours later I received an email that my order was almost ready. I was contacted about needing a code for the delivery, yet the worker walked the delivery to my friend’s house and delivered it by hand, to ensure it got to her on her birthday!! I was SO impressed by this company’s flower quality, service and delivery, especially compared to other same day florists. Local is the way to go! Divine Florist is amazing!!!

I had ordered some pink roses for my wife for our Wedding Anniversary. My wife originally received a different arrangement than what I ordered. I contacted them and they told me the pink roses came in molded and they did not want to send those, but they wanted her to have something from me and the next day they sent her a beautiful arrangement of pink roses. Very professional to deal with and I appreciate how they handled this. I have ordered flowers from them for several years now and I will definitely continue.

We recently ordered the upgraded version of the Classic All White Arrangement as a sympathy gift for a coworker, which ended up being over $200 after taxes. What was delivered to her was nothing close to the arrangement pictured. My facility manager and I had selected the Classic All White for its simplicity and because the bulk of it was pictured as roses and lilies in the base level arrangement. We assumed the upgraded arrangement would include more of the same. She did receive some roses and lilies, but the rest was filled in with ferns, carnations, and daisies, along with a large bow not pictured in the website listing. We were not expecting cheap fill flowers when we paid $200+ for the upgraded arrangement.
I always prefer to support the GCS community by choosing local businesses whenever I can. This morning I went to 1800Flowers to see if a similar arrangement was available for the same price point. It is worth noting that they offer the exact same arrangement, in the upgraded Best version for $89.99.
My husband and I own a small business of our own and know from experience that our pricing cannot always compete with large corporations. I do understand the need for floral substitutions as supplies dictate. But for as much as was paid, we would like to have been notified if enough flowers were not on hand to complete the arrangement as pictured, or at least charged less.

I ordered 2 beautiful arrangements for our grandmother's gravesite service. Karen and her team at Divine did not disappoint. The flowers were beautiful and arrived in time. Would recommend this florist again...they did a fantastic job. Thank you!

On Tuesday morning 7/26/22 I visited this shop to order 2 stand up spray of flowers for my sister in laws funeral on Wednesday 7/28/22 I ordered white flowers with yellow roses my sister in laws favorite the other would be a mix of color.
I received white and yellow daisy like flowers no yellow roses
I contacted the counter person and she had to see pictures I supplied pictures but was told that I ordered just white and yellow flowers and would not do anything about it .
I paid $250.00 cash per spray I thought I was getting what paid for
I have purchased flowers in the past but this is the last time not good to work with to try and resolve this situation very hostile

I called to get a giant arrangement made for my sisters 50th bday and also for my mothers passing. I ordered the giant arrangement that stood on a 3 prong metal stand. I spent $173 on this and what was delivered was NOT what was ordered or talked about and confirmed. She got a small arrangement in a small vase that sits on a table. Some roses and a bunch of fill flowers. I left a voicemail to ask why I didnt get what I paid for and discussed. Im going to ask for a discount to be credited back to my card or I will dispute the charges. My card was also charged twice. Why would you tell me yes, the arrangement will be big and on the metal stand, like what you see at a viewing. Extremely disappointed
