DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
We contracted with Green Planet Landscaping Windermere branch to provide and lay 7 pallets of Bahia grass on our property. The sod that was provided was breaking up, and some of it was only pieces of 1’ x 1’, but the more serious problem was it was full of weeds. We have our property professionally serviced by Heron. Our Certified Technician sent me a report that the sod was 75% weeds. I sent a copy of that report and pictures of the sod to Green Planet Landscape and asked them to come out and look at it and tell me what could be done to correct this. They did not come out and I contacted them 3 more times with no response. Green Planet Landscape obviously doesn’t guarantee there products and has no Customer Service. They just take your money and run.

Been trying to call and text these guys for over a week. Won't answer phone, voicemail box is full and won't respond to texts even though they decline my calls and ask me to "text and they will get back to me". This company installed my irrigation in my newly built home and now I'm having problems with it not working at all. Will update this review if they reach out to me but for now this company doesn't seem to want to stand by their work.

Green Planet Landscaping has been servicing/maintaining the landscaping for two of our commercial shopping centers in Orlando for many years. They are excellent professionals, proactive, friendly, and very responsive! When we were having a violation issue with the City of Orlando, Roberto even went as far as meeting the property representative and city inspector in order to address the issues in a timely manner! If I could give more stars, I would!

Con artists. They will agree on a price and out of nowhere double the agreed upon price, saying they had to do extra work when in fact they did the same agreed upon work. They conned us once, but I will make sure my family, friends, and neighbors do not fall prey to their unscrupulous methods. I suggest everyone seek a company that actually cares about their customers.

This company is a SCAM!!! They collected my money and promised four lawn cuts a month and I only received one. I've been calling, emailing, and texting about this for a week with no response. BEWARE!!!!
