I only order from Green Thumb Florist for all my special occasions for my special friends and family. Jamie is extremely artistic in floral design and also in wording my messages.
Believe me ,each arrangement is unique and each one gets better than the last one.
Today, I ordered flowers to celebrate my daughter and son-in-law’s 15th wedding anniversary I needed them to be delivered today because my daughter works tomorrow on her anniversary. Jamie created and delivered personally the arrangement the same day!! It was a 40 mile trip to her house;about an hour drive each way!!! Jamie goes above and beyond for his clients!!!! My daughter said the photo does not do the arrangement justice. Wow!!She said . Wow!!!!! Once again most exquisite arrangements. My 34 yr.old nephew passed in his sleep. To give joy to my sister,Jamie created a magical arrangement. The other arrangement was given to cheer up a cousin during her journey after surgery 👌

I ordered a flower arrangement from their website for a funeral, but the arrangement that was delivered was nothing like the image shown on the website, either in type of flower or quality. I understand that not every flower shown is in season all the time and sometimes substitutions are necessary, but I was very disappointed with and embarrassed by the final product that was delivered. Giving 3 stars because I did not realize the arrangement didn't come with a case when I ordered, but the store called to let me know and allowed me to add the vase to my order, which I appreciated very much. The employees I dealt with were kind and pleasant, but for the money I spent I expected something that at least looked as nice as what was represented on their website.

Huge fan of this business! I love going in there to find that perfect gift for the people I'm stumped on, and I've also had beautiful deliveries of flowers from there as well. Highly recommend stopping in there for any occasion, terrific staff as well- a cant miss small business!

I received my "cat friendly" bouquet today for my 70th Birthday. As you can see from my photo, it's absolutely beautiful and I love them. Myrtle was very courteous and explained about "cat friendly " flowers. Thank you for brightening up my day❤🥰

I placed and online order on 4/21/2022 (directly on the company website) for flower delivery 4/22/2022 and after placing the order needed to update the written message. I immediately called Green Thumb and spoke with Myrtle. Myrtle was as sweet as pie and happy to help me. She wrote down the new message for the card and assured me that she would send me email confirmation of the change as well. Myrtle was fantastic and I was hugely appreciative of her patience and time! Fast forward to 4/22, the day of delivery, and I realized I had made a mistake within my written message. Usually it wouldn't be a big deal, but in this situation it was a sympathy delivery and I wanted the written message to be accurate. I called Green Thumb and Jamie answered. Jamie was just as kind as Myrtle. I explained my situation to him and even before giving him my name he knew which flowers I had ordered. He said the flowers had already been delivered, BUT said they could re-deliver a new/corrected sympathy card. I said it was OK and to not worry, but Jamie insisted a new card be delivered. He was so kind. He took down the correct message and said they'd take care of it. He even called a little while later and told me that the new card had been delivered. Best part, the recipient wasn't home so she hadn't received the initial delivery so she never saw the old card. The delivery person just swapped out the old with the new. Myrtle, Jamie and the delivery man saved the day! They know customer service, they do it the right way!!! If you're going to buy/send flowers then buy them and send them with Green Thumb - - A+, first-class, supreme! Thank you so much!!! Colleen Phelps

From the moment I walked into Green Thumb, I was welcomed by a friendly woman behind the counter named Sara. I was looking for a flower arrangement for a birthday gift. I gave Sara an idea of what I was looking for and she did a wonderful job on creating a beautiful flower arrangement with colorful, FRESH, and healthy flowers. I was very satisfied with how it turned out. I would definitely recommend this florist and will be giving the Green Thumb more business.
