Since Green's has expanded their plant section, they offer a large variety of Texas native/pollinator friendly plants - even in the small pots. It's nice to be able to finally find some of these closer to home. The folks working outside are always helpful and knowledgeable about plant care.

Then inside, there is always fresh produce! It's priced a little higher than a big box store but it's worth it for the quality. This Wiggins watermelon was one of the best I've had.

This place has a big problem with middle aged female employees thinking that the shop is their house. I have never been disrespected more in my life than by the those employees at this establishment. The customers are NOT your kids, you can't just yell at people for picking something up in a STORE.

I work with public information here in Arlington, and I make sure to tell everyone that comes up to my desk to stay far and away from that shop unless they like bring treated like a criminal.

There are plenty of other places in Arlington to get your plants and produce that actually treat you right, where the employees actually have some kind of customer service training.

I'm not the first person that feels this way, and word gets around quick, especially here in Arlington.

Favorite plant store to browse and the produce is exceptional! Very good pricing for good quality care of plants. Sometimes I just go to check out their interesting varieties of plants and buy some fruit, and it's a very zen activity for me. This morning there were butterflies and bees just doing their thing all around the nursery. I have also bought many plants from them, hanging baskets for gifts, and they also have some really awesome yard art and pottery.

Green’s has two parts: the produce section and the gardening section. Both parts have a country store style. Country music comes through the speakers. Yet everything feels well organized.

The produce section has a large display. It has delivery dates of various produce (see photo). You can get the freshest produce on those dates. They have a kitchen where they prepare their packaged salads and fruit. The source of their branded jams, sauces, etc. are local or nearby. Most mushrooms are from Arlington. There is a cold food section on the back wall (see photo). You can find wagyu beef from Ennis. The produce section has garage doors for walls. In summer, try to come in the morning to avoid the heat. In winter, call in advance.

The gardening section is like a nursery. There are annuals, perennials and some vegetables. The trees are limited to short, decorative ones. Some are expensive unusual ones. Yet, I once bought a small maple for a bargain. That maple outlasted all my larger ones. There is an extensive collection of Mexican pottery. They have a collection of country-style artifacts.

Good variety of produce and plants. I enjoy getting Pecos Cantaloupe from them in the summer. I bought two large planter pots today and Oscar helped me to my car with them. Great young man! All the staff there is helpful and informative.

Just so quaint and cute! Fresh produce and plant lovers paradise! Refreshing to find this place in the city to have access to natural foods you cant find in stores. Big selection on garden decor with great prices and some sales. And especially fun just to browse around!
