It's in a great location for beach access, it's a cozy and quaint place. It's got a nice looking pool as well. Downsides are 1) stayed in the Trailside Cottage - there are very limited power outlets so bring a power strip. The outlets are old so they won't support Apple laptop power supplies. 2) if you have more then one car the parking situation is horrible. there are a couple small lots and no street parking.

We couldn’t have asked for more! The Fillmore property was clean, staff was available and accommodating, and location was perfect. Gulf side resorts had everything one could think of to make a trip easy and enjoyable; tubes for the pool, umbrellas and chairs for the beach, a cooler, the list goes on.

The pool was beautiful, and we found it to be a necessity in the Florida heat. We were there for a week and not every day is a beach day. Sitting by the pool side for hours was perfection. My only suggestion is because it is salt water not chlorine that is cleaned every day or every other day.

Thank you gulf side resort, we will definitely be back!

Amazing getaway for our family. We stayed at the Narrows. We rented all 3 cottages for two families (4 adults and 5 kids). Very comfortable with plenty of space. Rooms and kitchens were well stocked. It was the perfect location right off the beach. Heated pool was great for the kids. They had beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of pool toys for use. This was our first vacation since the pandemic started and it could not have been better. Having the whole place to ourselves was great. Beach was amazing and not crowded. Tons of great local restaurants with take out options. We will absolutely be back.

Such a warm welcoming place. My family came to enjoy some fun and the sun and the Gulfside resort staff could not have made us feel more welcome. The grand kids loved the pool and fishing with the nets on the beautiful wide beach. We enjoyed the quiet gardens and the rooms where so cozy and well decorated. Mary where did you get that art? Thank you again for a magical memorable stay we will be back.

My husband and I rented the one bedroom Beachfront Cabana (at The Narrows property) from 1/2 - 1/9/2021 - it was perfect for us. We loved the location: beach access, walkable (caveat, we consider 2 miles "walkable") to coffee shops, restaurants and some shops. The size was perfect for us. The kitchen facilities were sufficient for us to prepare simple meals (a gas grill is available poolside) and the pool is heated. The king-sized bed was comfortable and the property was well maintained and clean. We were fortunate to have the entire property to ourselves so it was very peaceful and quiet. We met some of the maintenance staff as well as Cory from the front office - all were accommodating and friendly. Not a "luxury" property per se, but lovely and we would absolutely go back.

We rented all the units at the Indian Rocks Inn for a family reunion. All the units were well equipped and featured a porch or balcony depending on location. They provide beach chairs and cabana umbrellas as well as folding beach chair and beach toys. Having the pool to cool off in and use for evening fun was a real bonus for the group. The Gulfside team was responsive and professional as we went through the planning process and prompt to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely be back.

From the moment I booked with Gulfside Resorts the customer service was amazing. They were super helpful in answering all of my questions and made sure they had all the details they needed in order to make our stay wonderful...and it was. We stayed at the Shuffleboard Retreat & Annex. Beautifully decorated, clean, and so close to the ocean. After our trip, we received a thank you card in the mail from them that was handwritten and they had even drawn a picture of a little lizard on it since the area has lots of them 🙂 It's the little things that make the biggest difference. Thank you for an awesome stay!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Indian Rocks Inn. We were in the Gulfside Loft unit this year. The view is absolutely stunning, it is very clean, and perfectly furnished. Bedrooms are on the small side, but living areas are open and beautiful. We love this property! From the outdoor spaces to the indoor spaces, the pool to the beach, everything is thoughtfully laid out and impeccably taken care of. The office staff is The Best. For Real. They take care of everything and made us feel like family. With awesome restaurant choices within walking distance, and the Kooky Coconut a few steps away for tasty Cubans and ice cream, the location can’t be beat. We can’t wait to go back!
