I contacted Victor Gutierrez with Gutierrez Modern Landscaping via a referral using Thumbtack app. I had an extremely overgrown right of way, front yard, and backyard, including what I thought was an unmanageable berry vine nightmare. Throughout the process, he was very responsive via text, visited the property and sent me pictures of the areas we spoke about.

I was very happy with the quoted dollar amount but was unsure he could get it done in the two days he promised. He and his two employees (family members that he works with regularly) were in fact able to get it done in just one day! And the results were meticulous!

They arrived on time and got to work immediately. I’ve had people clean up this yard in the past and they never came even close to the level of completeness that Victor and his team, did. They have definitely changed what I expect going forward and I’ve deleted my previous yardwork contacts.

Needless to say, I am more than happy to full heartedly recommend this amazing team to work in your yard! Very trustworthy, extremely reasonable pricing, excellent communication, humble, friendly and thorough. They strive for nothing but meticulous results and satisfied customers.

We hired Guiterrez Modern Landscaping to clean up our very large front & side yards that were an overgrown mess. Victor and his crew worked very hard & did an amazing job! They followed our instructions perfectly when trimming plants, clearing weeds & removing dead bushes. They removed all the debris & left our yards, driveway & walkways in perfect order! I had a challenging job of weed cleanup in my front and backyard, cutting down a large hedge and cutting down our hillside of grass that grew after the rains. I'm lucky I found Victor to take on my project. He came by the house to bid on the project and he was by far the most reasonable. On project day, he and his crew arrived and totally removed all the weeds I had in an around my property and up on the hillside. If he stopped there, we'd be impressed, but he came back in the morning to completely cut down and remove a big, nasty hedge that always separated us from our neighbors. We now have an open view of our neighborhood. Victor even helped fix a 2-year problem with our outdoor sprinkler system that provides water to the vegetation on the hillside. Never did I see the spouts work like they do now. We were so very impressed. Victor's very meticulous and takes extreme pride in his work. It is very evident when you see him work. He is on my speed dial for any landscaping work I have in the future. Call him for your project. You can thank me later.
