I just needed to give my opinion on people who complain about customer service. I've been ordering walnuts from Haag Farms for about 7 years, every harvest season. I've never had any issues with my orders or any other requests. I feel that if a company is concentrated on providing the best quality food and is spending more time in doing this and may have some mishaps, I rather have that, than companies who spend most of their time lying to customers and marketing products that are bad for the consumer. So HAAG, thank you so much for your walnuts! Keep selling us freshly harvested sustainable walnuts!

These walnuts are the best I have ever purchased for my small farmers market bakery. It is also wonderful to realize that this is truly a local farm run by a family who knows what they are doing! The delivery was prompt and I was extremely pleased with the quality and taste of these amazing walnuts!

didn't like the quality , they refunded half what i paid, but still i am still on the loosing end because, you are just getting scammed buying from them, i paid top dollar for halves and all i got is bits and pieces and it doesn't even have good flavor..these are the worst walnuts you can buy for the money..their name should be the scam family. most likely the good reviews came from a family member..because

Fantastic walnuts grown here, including a beautiful red-skinned walnut which is a cross-breed of walnuts and chestnut trees. All the walnuts are tasty, but the red-skinned ones make an unusual and beautiful gift. The orchardist is a retired professor who has read and practiced walnut culture for years. Interestingly, the walnuts are sold at virtually all stages of maturity for a variety of uses by different ethnic uses. Even the leaves can be used to make liqueur. Recipes are found in their email list; walnuts can only be ordered online; not at the farm.

Product is great but the absolute worst customer service and they don’t send you what you ordered and are rude and unwilling to make it right. $1400 order and I will no longer be supporting this farm unless they finally decide to make things right, though it’s already been a week.

He refuses to communicate with me. Do not buy from this farm. I have never seen a farmer treat a customer like this. He refuses to call me and won’t give me his number. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB because he refuses to make my order right.
