Highly recommend Hampton Astoria! The staff takes great pride in the community. They are professional, incredibly responsive, friendly, and courteous. Grateful for Justin, Yvonne, and maintenance. They have gone above and beyond. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We recently moved my Dad from Illinois where he had spent his entire life to Little Rock. This was a big move. Finding a safe, very nice, and well managed property was at the top of our list. We found the perfect place at Hampton Astoria!

I've been living here for almost a year. It's quick to respond to maintenance requests. For example I had a hole my cats could crawl into and it was able to get mitigated within a couple of days. The staff, since the last manager was removed, has been nice and helpful. The apartment insides are nice, bright, and not difficult to keep clean. Amenities feel too small for me to feel comfortable to use daily. However, they do host random events that I can sometimes make that helps make up for that.
I've enjoyed my time here so far. It's not perfect, for example I wish the vent hood was actually vented outside so I don't have to fill my apartment with smoke when cooking at higher heats, but nothing is perfect.

I absolutely love living here. I had a issue with my microwave. The light kept on staying on. I filed a maintenance request and the replace the entire door the same day. I absolutely love our management. Austin is a dear there’s lovely people here. I’m so thankful and blessed to be able to live here. My last apartment took forever to get anything repaired. Everything is brand new and I absolutely love living here.

I enjoy living at Hampton Astoria. I have been here a little over a year. My apartment is the perfect size for me. There are no carpets in the apartment. Carpets trap substances that set off my allergies. I like that it is gated. The manager and staff have been very nice and helpful. They have parties for the residents several times a year.

I love that the Hampton Astoria is very up to date, clean, quiet, and safe! The staff there are very friendly and helpful. I want to give a big shout out to Miss Yvonne she worked so quickly but efficiently and I appreciate all the hard work she put into helping me out!

Management is VERY petty. The only thing good here is maintenance. They will pick with you over and over until they can actually find a valid reason to fine you. The rules do in fact state that trash cannot be out until 5:30pm, but giving someone a $50 fine for being 5 minutes early is a little ridiculous. I was on my way out for work. The two times that are posted with “No Charge” are the two times Vallet skipped over our Hallway and didn’t pick up our trash. Several residents have complained about this happening to them as well. I’m still a current resident. Ive left a review before and deleted it, because they did in fact make it right that time. Moving forward I will keep my reviews posted and keep you guys updated!

Management is horrible he owns a similar complex on Cantrell called Renaissance Pointe very much ghetto . So he builds another complex up the street & wants it to be 5 star with cheap fixtures Justin is a horrible manager clearly Racist read the reviews read how he is replying to people I don’t recommend living at any one of there properties you want to stay somewhere where you feel safe & comfortable not where a emotionally disturbed guy feels overpowered

My experience with the Hampton Astoria was exceptional throughout my whole move-in process. Justin was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of my inquiries and concerns, making the transition seamless and stress-free. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything from the paperwork to the moving logistics was taken care of efficiently.
