My family and I loved this hotel. It was clean, and the staff were extremely kind. I was super impressed with the small but intentionally warm and welcoming gestures by staff. When we entered our fresh, air conditioned room, there was a personalized welcome letter and personalized plastic water bottles. Our kids loved the waffle bar at breakfast, which included both vanilla and chocolate waffle mix and their choice of toppings. If ever in the area, we will definitely stay again.

This hotel is what all Hampton Inns and other Hilton properties should strive for. The attention to detail, friendliness, and attentiveness of the staff is top notch. It started when I called and asked for adjoining rooms and the staff member went above and beyond and then continued through check in including a personalized note in the room and water bottles!

We have stayed at hundreds of Hilton properties through the years, and have a good feel for all of them. By virtue of that, we know where to look for the strengths and weaknesses. Our stay this time was a Friday night in North Little Rock at the Hampton Inn, which offered an amazingly affordable rate for a summer weekend. Sold!

The hotel is near a vibrant commercial area, with abundant shops and restaurants. But if you wish to venture downtown, it is only about 20 minutes away from much better night life, meaning breweries and non-chain eateries.

Our room was huge, with a king bed and sofa, and enough room to turn around a truck. We loved it. We are not fans of the sliding barn door over the bathroom, but at least this one worked just fine (as compared to others we have experienced). The internet was blazing fast. The climate controls worked perfectly. The new more or less standardized cable TV across Hilton properties worked like a champ (I do like having The Weather Channel!). And breakfast was predictably on point.

High fives all around. This is what we want…a clean room we can count on with all the usual amenities. Bravo!
