El camino está muy bien señalizado y es una caminata corta apropiada para todas las edades. Vale la pena porque tiene muy bonitas vistas. No tiene baños ni contenedores de basura por lo qué hay que ir preparados con nuestra bolsa de basura.
Es una pena que haya gente que no sigue la señalización, aprendamos a respetar y conservar para futuras generaciones.

This hike is about a mile round trip. It leads you to the Hanging Garden on a mesa above Lake Powell. The garden is hidden by Navajo sandstone. The seep spring and captured rainwater provide for the Helleborine Orchids, Maiden Hair Ferns and wildlife. We started the hike @ 8 AM and along the way the sun arose over the hills. We saw lizards, Cottontail Rabbit, Desert Mouse and an Owl. A hidden GEM in Page!

It is good. The access and proximity to Page, AZ and Glenn Canyon make it ideal. There is an amazing one in Zion that is easy to get to and if you like to hike, so many canyons (100s literally) is the Southwest that have addition examples

Worth the detour but after sunset in the fall is best due to heat and arid desert.

Very beautiful trail! Took us half an hour to hike, spent a half hour sitting up in the shade by the garden listening to the birds. The heat was definitely worth it to see the end. Also a great panoramic view beyond the trail.

It’s a free guided tour by the Park department. The park ranger that does the tour is very knowledgeable. We went at 6 PM so it was kind of cooler. It’s about an hour hike back-and-forth very moderate. It’s a very beautiful area.

Trail conditions are good, sand, gravel, slick rock, some mild climbing of rocks involved but not on all fours! The trail is outlined with rocks, at spots easy to get off trail. I suggest using a trail app (we used AllTrails). Rescued a couple that had walked quite a ways past the Hanging Garden and were on their way back when we showed them the way.

My wife and I visited this site on a ranger lead hike. hat tip to Seth our ranger, they were very informative and had great knowledge of the plants, animals and history of the area. Maybe we will run into them at another site in the future. as a 63yr old in not so good shape I would classify this as a moderate hike, the biggest obstacle was the ledge at the Gardens. We would love to visit her again in the spring.
