I would give this company 10 stars if I could. What a wonderful experience. From the design, to the implementation, to the end result. Oh and Wow what an end result. In less then a week our new pool deck and fire pit were complete and look fabulous. Thank you Tom and the Hardscape creations team for a great looking backyard.

We hired Hardscape to redo our entire pool deck after it started sinking just 4-5 years after being built. Nick came out quickly with Tom to look at our deck and discovered the problem of why it was sinking-lack of correct amount of crushed concrete. They couldn't even reach where the crushed concrete was. They answered all our questions patiently as we were nervous after the disaster of building the pool with Paradise Pools.

Once construction started they were easy to work with, did quality work and kept us in the loop the entire time. Work finished two weeks later than anticipated due to weather but they took great care to clean our pool back up and make sure we were 100% happy with the finished product.

They sealed and sanded the whole deck and even came back two more times to re-sand as things settle.

Every time I have texted or called I have gotten a prompt response. I truly cannot say enough about this company and how happy we are with our new deck. I only wish we had found them before we built the pool with Paradise as it would have avoided so many headaches.

The quality of work and attention to detail is exceptional. Tom is very creative in finding solutions to challenging projects. The level of professionalism and promptness is top notch. We have used Tom and his company on several major construction projects around our house. This included the washout under our pool deck with improved drainage, and back steps and a wall leading to the pool area. We have just completed a block wall and berm on one side of our property to avert water around us during heavy rains.
