Large selection for a local store, and you always get help when you walk in the door, instead of wandering around for 15 minutes trying to guess what aisles your items might be on, like in the big box stores. Not to mention the owner and staff are super friendly!

We stopped for propane this morning, they came out so fast we were still in the RV. Since we are here for the winter we got a card to get 1/2 off our 5th fill. Very nice people. I did not go inside the store this trip.

I like going to Haskell hardware. These are the same folks from Avila hardware. Long before Home Depot was close I would shop at Avila hardware. Same experience here. These folks know and are able to help talk you through. Always helpful always friendly and ready and eager to help if you need it. They are also just as willing to let you shop for yourself. I always have a good experience here.

I had a busted water line in my front yard. I went into the shop only somewhat knowing what I needed. The shopkeeper there helped me find the exact tools that I needed. When he realized that he was out of stock of a tool that I needed, he offered to loan me the used one that he keeps at the front of the shop for his personal use. It was refreshing to find someone who legitimately just wanted to make sure that I had the right equipment needed to get my water back on. They will be my first stop from now on when I need anything for household repairs.

Jim the manager and Austin the cashier are both very friendly and knowledgeable, combine that with the wide variety of items to choose from and the convenience of their location and you get the best hardware store around 🙂 always have what I need or the experience to point me in the right direction
