They are extorting their customers and in Abbeville Al.. refuse to talk to the customer. Tried for months to talk with the billing department or someone that can fix my bill. Being charged for thousands of gallons of water over my 2000 per month. Then get a back handed threat of they can take the meter out and have it looked at but if they deem it ok I have to pay 100 dollars. Apparently extortion is legal for the Henry County Water Authority in Abbeville Al.. They have no regulation or accountability, above the law. Pay attention to your water consumption people, if they are doing it to me their probably doing it to you as well.

These people have no compassion at all. I changed banks and they didn't get their 5/5 pmt nor the other pmt I sent for June because for some reason the bank sent both checks to my house. I called them and told them I had both checks and would give it to the person that was suppose to turn water back on but was told they had to have the payment in their office before water would be restored. Not even a turn off noticed was sent to me.

Had to give them 1 star to be able to even comment these people have no compassion for others they turned my water off just days before Christmas and when I complained they bragged about having 80 people on there list to cutting off days before Christmas come on now and my bill wasn't even two months behind and I just paid them $167 to have it turned back the previous month and now it's up to $385 how in just one month?!!! Something crooked going on it will be investigated and I would love to speak to the miserable no life unsympathetic person who came and took the leaking water meter out seems like he was more concerned with turning my water off then fixing it
