I was delighted to find these beautiful and bright flowers at Hildreth’s nursery this weekend! The location is so convenient being centrally located in Spring Hill and the staff were so helpful! I can’t wait to go back for more!

We went to this nursery for the first time on Saturday and left with a truckload of beautiful plants! We returned just a couple hours later to purchase another truckload! We are new to Florida and they were so helpful in picking out the correct plants for our needs. Almost all of their plants and trees were labeled and priced which isn’t the case at other nurseries we’ve visited. A gentleman (sorry we didn’t get his name) walked with us and educated us on everything we were looking at. There was another gentleman that helped also in loading all of our plants into the truck. And the gal that checked us out was also very helpful and they were all just so pleasant!! And oh yeah, most of their prices were less or equal to Lowe’s or Home Depot. We love that Hildreth’s will be our go-to nursery!!

Best sod & landscaping company around. I just purchased 12 pallets of Bahia from them and it was amazing. My yard looks awesome. They have great customer service and are very friendly. The plants always look amazing every time I have gone there. I also have purchased crushed granite from them and fill dirt and plants. I will go here for any of my landscaping needs

Hildreth Sod and Landscape is awesome! I have worked with many landscape companies over the years and I can honestly say that Hildreth is the best one I have ever worked with. Julio and his team did an amazing job with my mulch removal/red rock installation project. Also had some sod installed and their attention to detail on how it was installed was excellent. Julio was a pleasure to work with and his communication with me during the whole process was great! I highly recommend Hildreth for all your landscaping needs!!

We had 4200 ft.² of sod replaced with Argentine Bahia. That was approximately half of our lawn.
I questioned the quality of the Sod when they were first laying it, and was told it was guaranteed. This was shortly after Hurricane Ian, last year which this sod came from the Fort Meyers area. I decided to give it 10 months with professional lawn care like advised by them. I called because we had a variety of grasses and a lot of bare spots in the new sod. The owner did come out and basically said it looks like that because we have weeds in the other part of our lawn that wasn’t replaced.
I’m writing this because the conversation went to a lot of bare spot inquiries to the weeds in my yard in the area not replaced. I was told that Argentine Bahia is not a good grass, but have always been told that it is a drought resistant and native Florida grass. So, first why did it not get mentioned $3700. earlier and second I wasn’t inquiring about the weeds in the other parts of my lawn, I was questioning all the bare spots in the new sod.
I’ve been in Florida since 1989 and know we have heavy water restrictions and chose a grass that will be good for the environment. I was asked what I wanted and I was reluctant to ask them to replace it because I spent an additional $600+ on extra water during the allowed watering. I did receive a $75 credit from the county, yippee!
End result, don’t accept it’s guaranteed!!!
