We had set up a meeting with one of there reps so we could place an order for our spring garden center and the rep didn't know what he was talking about. We would ask him basic questions and he couldn't answer them. For example, he couldn't answer what their best sellers were for our area even though they supply the big box stores in our area. Then before he leaves he tells us we need to pace our order by Tuesday morning and he will send a confirmation email to us by Wednesday so we would receive our order on Friday. We placed it on Monday and we didn't get confirmation until Thursday, so we called them to see if we were getting our order on Friday still, they said no. After that fiasco the rep told us they would be here by one on Monday. Well Monday is here and they delivered our order to another store and tried to tell us it was delivered. They didn't believe us that we didn't receive our order. We had to sit on the phone for almost an hour for them to get the point that we didn't get it. We are going to cancel our order and use a different company. These people are horrible and not worth the trouble. Take it from experience these people are the worst company ever. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You would think they would treat there customers better apparently not.
