So I bought a Chevy Colorado from Tower maybe 3 months ago now. If I could zero stars I would but I definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to stay far away from this place. I’ve had oil cooling line issues, fuel pump issues, it has been in the shop more than it’s been on the road. The warranty is probably the worst there is. The owner and manager will talk a good game. Don’t fall for it. They will claim everything is normal wear and tear. Well I’ll be the first to tell you wires, fuel pumps, cooling lines, and now I have more codes for bank 1 and bank 2 running to lean (fuel and air mixture). Are not normal wear and tear when I’ve had the truck for 3 months. When a dealership buys a vehicle they should take more time to look it over fully. This place is absolutely the worst and I hope they get shut down. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I originally wanted to go to a bigger dealership, but I heard good things about Tower Auto and decided to check it out. From the salesman to the sales Department, I was treated very nicely and I am very happy with the quality and value of the vehicle we purchased. Such a great experience!

Lauren and Bob are fantastic! They couldn’t have made it easier and I’d definitely buy from them again. From the beginning to the end Lauren answered all my questions, got me videos, and was very helpful.
While doing the paperwork I was unhappy about an unpredicted snow storm that had rolled in and driving a Mustang home in the snow. Lauren and Bob got me in and out ASAP and I got home safe.
It was a good buying experience and I have no hesitation to buy from them again.

this place is honestly terrible. the car was in terrible condition. it was fairly newer, the car reeked after i had asked for them to get rid of the smell before i purchased. they said it would be completely fixed and detailed. unfortunately the guys in there lied about everything. anyone looking to go here, please do yourself the biggest favor and go to a real dealership. this place should have 0 stars. they are cheap and take used cars and heavily overpriced them and don’t even actually fix them. the car was pretty dirty, i’m unsure of their newer cars but i wouldn’t get a used one from here.

The recording on Tower's phone claims they want nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction - and it's TRUE. I just bought a car from them and was thoroughly pleased with every interaction I had. After a test drive, there was a noise I was curious about. The owner, Bob, jumped in the car with me so we could hear it together and he could understand and address it. Everything I had concerns about was handled promptly and kindly, and I can be picky. Kudos to Bob and Lauren and Mike and the team at Tower Auto Sales. You thanked me for my business. I thank you for your honesty and cooperation with every question and concern. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

O stars given I purchased a 2018 Chevy traverse I put down a.great down paymemt. The day i was.supppsed to pick my car up, they told.me it was in the shop and. Should be done.the next day. The next day comes and the car still isn't ready . The car wasn't ready until 4 days later. 9 months later my transmission went
I called tower auto and expressed my concern . They then told me it should be covered under extended warranty
..when buying cars you guys need to do better period

Bought a 2013 Chevy Silverado and the staff did an amazing job on letting me look at it and test drive it same day. They had the issues I found fixed and couple of issues I didn't see fixed. Awesome staff and just a nice place. Definitely gonna be recommending some people here for a vehicle.

I recently bought a used land rover in July. I walked in and immediately met the owner. Bob Towers. I have never experienced such a wonderful pain-free time spending money. Bob is the best. Before and after I had brought many issues to Bob's attention, and I wasn't always mature about it , but Bob being the class act that he is,always handle my problems. I would honestly say he did things that he didn't have too, to make my life easier. I again I wish I could give him and his staff a ten star, they deserve it. I will definitely buy from Bob again,and recommend his business to everyone I see. THANKS AGAIN BOB. Update. Melindy..sold me a bogus warranty. Tried to use once . Covered nothing. Been trying to get my money back since August. Stay away from Melindy..and empire warranty. Both scam artists. Bob is a great guy,he can't babysit his employees.
