My mother in law recommended I use Ibritz for my wedding flowers. They were very accommodating and helpful. The flowers turned out beautiful and my bouquet was pretty close to how I wanted it. Everything looked gorgeous and the flowers held up for a good week or so after our wedding! I highly recommend them!

I placed a flower delivery order online and received a confirmation email. After I spoke to my mother and learned the flowers were never delivered I tried calling but they don’t answer the phone and don’t respond to emails. I later discovered that three days after my order was confirmed I got an email from [email protected] that my order was now not available and cancelled.

This flower shop is one of a kind. The owners are very sweet and will work with you. I was a bride who worked over 40hrs a weeks, and they found ways to squeeze me in. When I came, I had no time to plan my wedding, or what I even wanted. The owner took her time to it me down and go through so many flowers so I could get ideas. When it was Time to pick up the loose flowers she gave me tips and tricks to keep them healthy and looking good for my wedding day. The day I picked up my bouquet, I was stunned. The bouquet was everything i wanted and more!

Be prepared for delays with your flowers and poor communication. My emails went unanswered, and I could only reach customer service by phone, and even that took multiple tries. I ordered flowers for my sister on 10/28, but she only received them on 11/1—and that was only because we managed to contact the office. The surprise was ruined, and the apology from the company was nothing. Disappointing experience overall.

I wish I could give Ibritz more stars! I am in Ocala and needed to order a last minute wrist corsage for a prom in New Port Richey. Anne was so kind and extremely helpful. She made a beautiful wristlet that not only matched the dress beautifully - it was ready in just a few hours after I called. She even sent a text to let me know it was ready for my son to pick up. The first two florists I called immediately said they were booked and couldn’t help me (even when I told them I would take a neutral corsage because it was last minute). I’m glad they couldn’t help me because I ended up doing business with Ibritz and they went out of their way to make me happy.

Ordered for our anniversary yesterday at 7 in the morning for a delivery the next day. The next day 1 hour before close they email me its canceled due to unavailability 32 hours later! I have also tried calling today 3 times and its a full mailbox so no way to communicate. Will never order here again.

I received flowers for Easter from my son & family. They were absolutely the best I had ever received, bar none. A gorgeous fresh arrangement that lasted 2 weeks. They live in New York and he randomly selected this shop based on reviews. It is nice to know we have a local shop to order from.
