I loved iRide Alaska! The bike tour was amazing! We went all around Juneau and got to see the glacier (from afar) I loved the electric bikes. They’re comfortable and pretty fast so for a long tour like this these really can push a far distance. They provided us with water, snacks, bike helmets, ponchos, and gloves so we really didn’t have to bring anything with us except for ID to get on and off our cruise ship.

Phoenix was such a great tour guide! He took us on a wonderful nature walk trail and he was so informative on all of the plants, fungi, berries, types of trees even down to the moss on the ground. He was very intelligent and informative and answered all of our questions.

If you stop in Juneau, Alaska definitely try to take this tour, and definitely try to go with Phoenix!

10/10 recommend this excursion if you are visiting Juneau. The trip was fun and allowed you to experience the Alaskan wilderness in an up close kind of way. Our guides Grace and Kacie were amazing and made the trip even better. The e-bikes were very easy to ride for people of all ages. The trip look us right along the coast with views of the Mendenhall glacier and then we had a mile trek through the rainforest and right up to the coast. I would highly recommend this trip for anyone and everyone visiting Juneau!!

Awesome excursion, highly recommend. It was great seeing more of the back roads of Juneau, riding the e-bike on forest lined roads was incredible. The rainforest walk/hike was lush, beautiful and educational. Sione was super duper knowledgeable about the area, wildlife, and plants. He is a local and you can tell he loves where he lives and enjoys sharing it with us tourists. Kacey was our other guide and she was great too, very cheery and helpful.

Honestly the best excursion I’ve ever experienced in all of Alaska! The guides Mallory and Grace were super patient and made sure everyone felt comfortable on the segways from beginning to end. The sites were lovely and they were very knowledgeable about the environment around the trail. Highly recommend if you want a more interesting tour around Juneau!

9/11/24 My husband and I had the best time on our Segway tour with Katie. She's a very sweet lady and very knowledgeable. It was a fantastic day full of beauty. Thank you Katie for the excellent tour. We will absolutely ? ride again.

Casie and Sione were our guides. They patiently and cheerful taught us how to ride the Segway. Then we were off! We rode, stopping along the way to See things or do small hikes. Both guides were incredibly knowledgeable. I don’t think there was a single plant, tree, or moss that Casie didn’t know. This was a GREAT tour. I would highly recommend it!

Grace and Kacie gave my grandma and me an incredible experience! They were both very knowledgeable and personable. They took the time to make sure our bikes were a good fit for us and often asked if the pace was ok. The bikes worked incredibly well, they had plenty of safety equipment available, and took the time to explain how to use an e-bike. The views were spectacular; I would definitely go on another tour with this company if I find myself in Juneau again!
