Let me start by saying that I tried for a while to have this work done and got ghosted by companies. I didn’t realize companies did that, but sure enough they wouldn’t show up for appointments they scheduled or they would come out but never send me their quote; it was a nightmare. JT (the owner of Irriscape) answered his phone, he came out for the quote when he said he would, and he provided me the quote in a timely fashion. He’s great to talk to, especially in person, and has a charismatic personality.
I’ve been writing this review for a while and have struggled with deciding how many stars to give. I experienced some frustrating issues that dragged the project out over a month (time delays, plan confusion, my internet fiber wire getting cut twice, etc).To be fair regarding a week of the time delays, I had the exterior of my house scheduled for painting the Monday after the landscaping was scheduled to finish, so the week delay at the very beginning then caused a week delay from my side for the painters (landscaping work was not able to be done at all that week I guess because of the wet paint situation). But, in the end Irriscape came through! I can honestly say that everything looks MUCH better than it did before and value was added. I’ve received multiple compliments from neighbors and I adore not having to hand water my lawn anymore.

Irriscape was hired for the following:
-Remove everything from the back yard
-Remove rocks and bushes from front and sides of yard
-Install irrigation system (4 zones) including WiFi enabled controller in garage
-Install rock bed & new sod in back yard
-Install rock bed & plants with mulch in front yard
-Install sod on sides of yard and in spots in the front yard as needed
-Install new well pump (this was an add-on)

*In the photos boxes were photoshopped to the left of the garage to hide the address.

JT did a great job adjusting our sprinkler system today. He made sure all areas of the lawn were getting proper coverage and fixed a couple of broken parts. JT was very responsive and helpful with our Rain Bird sprinkler system. I highly recommend their services.

I hired JT (Irriscape) to reconfigure my irrigation system after I had a fence installed. I was extremely pleased with the result and the timeliness of his attention once I sorted my work schedule and my availability. In addition to the reconfiguration he discovered other sections of the plumbing that were cracked or broken and repaired all. His pricing was very reasonable and I highly recommend him for any irrigation work that you might need! Thanks JT!

JT and his team were amazing. My irrigation had to be redone and rerouted along with the back-flow after a pool installation. Due to some of the heads getting clogged by sand JT came back out on the Saturday (doesn’t work weekends) and this morning to fix all the heads and got everything working perfectly. JT even helped me put holes in the bottom of 4 feet planters on Saturday just to help me. His is reasonably priced and the quality of work and customer service was amazing.
