Working with Ivy tree service has been a great experience. I needed to have four sisso trees removed from my backyard. I called and spoke to Lindsay who was cheerful, polite and helpful, she provided a very reasonable quote the same day and scheduled the service. Taylor came out, on time, he was also very personable and polite and removed the trees quickly. He did a fantastic job in the cleanup process. The whole team just did a phenomenal job from the moment they initially answered the phone to the time they pulled out of my driveway. I HIGHLY recommend you call them for your tree needs.

Easily the best experience. High winds knocked down some large branches. I called early in the morning and Alexander and his team were able to make it out to handle it within an hour of my call. Entire process took MAYBE 15 minutes from start to finish once they arrived and I showed them what the extent of the damage was. I was also impressed with their commitment to making the yard around the tree look nice after they were done -- rocks that were dragged with the branches were blown back into my yard, and twigs that had scattered during the removal were raked up and carried out. 5 star experience, easily. I was very stressed about this, and the Ivy Tree Service team took all of that stress away. Thanks Alexander + Team!

I scheduled a palm tree removal and stump grind. These guys showed up on time and were all friendly and professional. The price was fair and they were even able to remove another tree I requested at the last minute. He was very knowledgeable about the trees I have and the process to remove them both. I will be using Ivy in the future when I’m ready to plant new trees and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Charged me 100.00 just to tell me how he would treat my tree. He cut my sick tree that was so bad I had two arborist question who cut the tree and why…it is so bad. See the picture on how he cut this chaste tree.

In response to your reply: the chaste tree has not been touched in years. YOU did that in the picture. You broke the laser lights in my backyard and disconnected my hose from the coupler and is no where to be found and overcharged me. Not one “arborist” has charged me anything to tell me what is going on with my tree. And your consultation was completely wrong…the tree isn’t infested.

Called Alexander for an estimate and he arrived same-day and provided a fair estimate for the removal of two trees and three stumps. Alexander was obviously very knowledgeable during the estimate process. His crew got started the next day. The two trees and three stumps are now gone from my yard, with no evidence they were ever there. The crew did a great job with the work and clean up. I plan to use Ivy Tree Service again for tree trimming and maintenance, and recommend that you do as well. Very good and professional work.

I contacted Alex back in February 2022 - he was extremely responsive and came out to my property to provide a consult. His knowledge was incredible and he answered any questions I could think of. My wife and I were being indecisive on which plants to go with, so we didn't ultimately have work start until almost a year later. Alex and team were extremely patient and made themselves available for any and all questions, including video calls. Work was completed by Cody and Taylor, who removed the old plants and planted the new ones quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and endlessly helpful. Would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely great service! My wife called Alexander about 6:00 am this morning requesting removal of a mesquite tree that had been damaged in a storm and needed to come down. Since we were in from Houston we were extremely happy they could fit us in their schedule on such short notice. The crew was very professional and wasted no time taking care of the problem. The cleanup afterwards was beyond compare and the price was exceptional. We found Ivy Tree Service through a referral from A&P Nursery. We were happy with how quickly they responded to our request for taking care of our 30+year old Shamel Ash tree and a much younger Chinese Elm. They sent Taylor to take of the trimming and he definitely showed how much he knows about trees. He did a wonderful job of pruning both trees, but what was really impressive was how thoroughly he cleaned up when he had finished. He went above and beyond anything we've seen in 35 years!
