Do not use this company, especially not for stonework. They are not licensed to do masonry work, and their work is of poor quality, and in fact dangerous (We have steps that are falling apart, that were installed relatively recently, due to being done completely incorrectly). We also learned that they did not file permits for this work. The business owner is dishonest in his billing, and when asked to account for it, ceases returning calls and withholds information about work performed. They overcharge and underdeliver. There are many other, better companies to use in the area.
Update: in response to this review, and my placing a complaint with the village for performing work without a license or permit and withholding information (which i transparently told him I’d do if he continued to refuse to interact in a professional manner), Mr. Ciccio sent an email complete with misogynistic name-calling, threats and bizarre accusations of illegal activities (that obviously never happened). You’ve been warned!
