I called to have an estimate done at my house. He never told me when he was coming and just showed up and then called to tell me he was at my house. Well I was not home since I work. Never left an estimate so I followed up with him the next day and he said he can't do my yard because it's small. My front and backyard is a good size. Once again they turned down a job and a new customer.

Very disappointed with this landscaping company. Joe spent about 30 mins here one day measuring and accessing our landscaping project so he could give us an estimate. Sent an estimate and we offered him the job. He told us he would give us a days notice before coming, which he did not. Showed up at 11:30am, and his workers started to remove some landscaping rock, then Joe called my husband telling him he no longer wanted the job. Apparently his son came to our house and told him the job wasn't worth the money he priced us at. Not our fault. Joe and his workers put back the rock they had removed and told my husband they did the spring clean up. When I got home 40 mins later, no spring clean up was done. Another phone call was made to Joe and he put blame on his son and said his workers refused to move the rock when they got to our house. So the entire time they were at our house, they moved 2 wheelbarrows full of rock and sat on our picnic table and ate their lunch. Returned the rock, and left. Gotta love home surveillance camera. Wouldn't recommend this company at all. Bailing on a job and blaming your employees. And I will add that he hung up on both my husband and I twice.

I called JM landscaping to have spring cleanup done this was on a sunday Joe picked up and said that he wouldnt mind coming that day to give me an estimate. I was concerned that it would cost more than what i was willing to pay but to my surprise it wasnt and within 2 days my yard was completely clean..i recommend this company to anyone who wants a reliable company with great service. I will be using them for all future projects for sure

Father and sons that take great pride in their work. Licensed by the State for pesticides and treatments. Very happy with their workmanship after several years of service.
