The owner was very friendly and helpful. I couldnt get the chain saw cover on because the kick bar had tripped while I was removing the cover (I know dumb on my part). He stopped what he was doing and showed me how he resets the spring. I highly recommend them and plan on taking all my future mower and chain saw business to them.

I find their staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for recommendations for weed whip and blowers and they provided pros and cons for each brand, they took the time to show me how to operate and maintain the equipment as well. I have also had the provide service on a chainsaw, it was ready by the day they said they would have it completed by, again friendly service.

I had my doubts using Jadco after my initial visit and reading some reviews. First visit was really just out of curiosity of their business manner. Yes, they could and should do better! They never acknowledged my presence. Well, fast forward a couple years and a five year old Echo blower... I needed my backpack blower serviced as it had seized up. Took it to the Echo dealer in downtown Bentonville and he wanted +$200 to “maybe” get it running again. Gave Jadco a try as they are about 5 minutes from the house. They said they would look at it but it would take several weeks. That was fine because I didn’t need it back in hurry so I left it with them. Got a call back a couple months later saying the blower was fixed and charged me $70 for their trouble. Much better than the other place! I will continue to business with them until they give me a reason not to.

I took my lawn more in to be serviced in Winter of 2017 with a list of 5 things I wanted done and after a 4 month wait for repair while the mower was Still working well the number one thing on my list was not done after a $260 service bill in their mechanics opinion it would last a little while longer that wasn't what I asked them to do I said replaced the belt no matter what the cost ,now my mower is broke down I've been waiting on the belt for over a month now and they won't even return a phone call this is piss poor service at best. But they get so much business due to lack of places to go they don't care and don't have to.
