Just wanted to thank Jay and his team for doing an absolutely wonderful job in a challenging area. We had to 16 feet of slopped unusable space behind our in pool cage. It was very dangerous to even try to go back there. After several discussions, Jay came up with a great plan. We now have a beautiful beach like area that is so pleasant to look at from the pool area, as well as a lower sodded easement area which is now safe to walk on. I only have after after pictures and we love what they did. He also cleaned up other areas and made a trellis and planted another area. We are very happy with all his work.

He was very responsive from our first phone call to him, and he kept us updated on every aspect of the project. He finished the work quickly and efficiently. His pricing was reasonable too. The finished masterpiece exceeded our expectations and we'll definitely use Jay for our future landscape needs

We give Jay Landscape the highest mark for the quality of his work and commitment to great service! Jay was always taking a step back to make sure everything he did was up to par with his standards. He purchased beautiful plants and great soil, installed everything with care and fertilized them with high quality fertilizer. We also benefited from his recommendations on the placement of plant and path material, flagstone, and to top it off, he installed a brand new, effective irrigation system to keep it all watered. He even fixed existing irrigation problems. We always felt that Jay and his crew cared about our project. They were respectful and communicative. We will for sure be calling Jay, and recommending him, for any future landscapping needs!

Fair warning to those who do not like to be scammed or having your loved ones taken advantage of. His intentions were clear, barely finish the job, hoping to take your money and ghost you without a conscious with unfinished work. This man literally didn’t fix an entire sprinkler zone and the grass is noticeably dying due to summer heat. You would think as a landscaping professional who’s main purpose as a company is to help people with landscaping issue would do just that. Nope greed got the best of him. He literally didn’t even try to make things right by reaching back out once we brought the issue to his attention. We were even willing to pay for his time to come back out and correct the issue. Keep in mind we were very polite and respectful the entire two short conversations while receiving miss information about a zone that clearly exists but he claims it doesn’t. We even gave him a week to respond without overwhelming him text or phone calls. We only texted twice. He didn’t even try.

Sir, I’m not sure what you are going through in life to choose this approach on running your business but the way you handle this situation only shows your true intentions. I seriously hope you change your ways or get more help. I’m beyond disappointed and definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone else moving forward. I accepted my loss, fair warning to anyone else who reads this.

Jay's Landscape is the place to call for irrigation needs and issues. My pump went out and he ordered me a newer better option model. The same day he received the new pump the guys were over here installing it. When activating the system they discovered I also needed a new solenoid valve on one of my zones and replaced a couple micro nozzles for me. On time prompt courteous service, reasonable pricing and they get done right the first time.
