J&P on Blackstone repair was a lifesaver: often have a lot of gear to fix as they’re so good, I brought my husqvarna zero turn mower in…never took it off the trailer, and the tech looked at the symptoms, found the issue in 5 minutes, fixed it, and I was on my way! That is expertise! They’re my go-to shop!!!

Careful when taking your equipmemt to get fixed my dad took his mower to get fixed and got charged 250 after he brought it home it wouldnt start so my dad took it again to get repaired and they told him that it was working well when he got home same thing wouldnt start, after he took it again they told him that his mower wad missing a part and would charge him an extra 110 like y they didnt tell him that after the first time he took it. There are better places to take your mower to get fixed than this place

Very poor customer service- was told different things by different people. They have a $35 diagnostic fee which I paid to have a trimmer looked at and then when I called they wanted me to pay over $100 just for a diagnostic and told me my repair would likely to be over $300 even though it was working before I took it in and just need one piece replaced - suddenly it had a bad carburetor that was going to cost over $100. When I told someone on the phone that someone else had told me it was going to be over $100 for a diagnostic he told me I must be incorrect and that couldn't be the case- after putting me on hold for a while somebody else came on the phone and told me that it was going to be over $100 because it was a very difficult Tremor to take apart and diagnose even though that's what they do all day long. Overall I just felt like they didn't really want to help me - they just wanted me to purchase new equipment from them.

BEWARE: this place used to be good BAD customer service I took my lawn mower in today because it would not start only to leave with another problem because the guy broke the string by pulling it so hard the lawn mower lifted off the ground then told me to pay him $28 to replaced the string BAD BUSINESS.

Service gal was knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sell anything. Real straight shooters. Service completed in a timely manner. My dad use to say great things about them. He was always right.
