Juan has maintained the common area around the condos at Kingtree Park Townhomes in Lancaster, CA for over 10 years now. He maintains the sprinkler system, mowing, fertilization, weed control, aeration, hedge trimming and minor tree pruning. When the new landscape was installed six years ago, he did all the tree, shrub, and flower planting. The area always looks beautiful and I just realized today that I have never once let anyone know what a good job he does.

In the past, I served as President on the HOA and worked closely with Juan. I am no longer on the HOA Board because I sold my condo and moved out-of-state but have confirmed that Juan and his crew are still outside working every week. He always arrives when he says he will and his prices are fair. He is dependable, hard-working, and fair. I would definitely recommend him to a home owner, property management company or home owner's association.

Just met with Juan. When I called he answered the phone. Made an appointment and arrived on time, unlike other landscapers I had contacted.
Juan was very polite and professional. He definitely knows what he's talking about. He gave me a bid on replacing a small lawn and repairing the sprinkler system. It was a little higher than a couple other bids but I decided that he was more knowledgeable and professional than the others so I accepted his bid. I am willing to pay a little more for a good job.
He will be doing the job in a little over a week. I'll update this when it's done. But upon first meeting he deserves 5 stars for his professionalism. Thank you Juan.

Juan completely landscaped my back yard. They installed sprinklers, leveled the yard for drainage, installed new valves and connected to the main water line. The grass is beautiful and the sprinklers are working amazing. Juan kept the price at his original estimate (no random price increases after the work began). I would recommend Juan and his team to anyone.

I had a bad sprinkler valve that caused some minor flooding throughout the night. I called right at 8am and within an hour David was working on the problem, and barely 2 hours since the initial call for help, my sprinkler valve was replaced and fixed. I highly recommend. David was very professional and explained to me what he was doing. Price was more than reasonable and they were very quick and prompt. Will definitely call them for future service.

The man dug a 8ft X 2ft trench. I asked him to find the leak, he said "I found the pipe". Not the leak. It took him less than an hour and he charged me $150.00. I WILL NOT use them again.

UPDATE: After I posted this review, the owner contacted me and stated he has had problems with this employee, and will not be using him again, he also told me he would refund my money. He showed up and gave me my money. I will definitely use this company again,he stands behind his work. THankyou.
