Wow! What an amazing place! My Fiancee and I came to Johnny's for a few fruit trees and Shrubs. But after almost 2 hours we left with 25 items told and a ton of knowledge! Tressa was the nicest person we have ever met. She shared so much good information with us on how to properly plant and take care of our trees and shrubs and flowers and helped us with our garden vision. This locally owned business has been in Redlands for 14 years, if I recall correctly. We love supporting our local businesses as much as possible when possible. We will definitely be returning for more beautiful plants! Thank you!

Meh... someone was there to help w questions. I enjoy nurseries like this but I was looking for plants that I couldn't find here. I just went to home depot. They have many trees and shrubs but not many succulents. Dirt parking lot.

I do think the people here are fairly nice. I'm sure they take care of their plants. But I paid for a small-medium sized succulent that was around 25$ and a few days later I realized there was white mold or some people call it farmers mold on it, which is a mold that will kill the plant, spread and kill my other succulents.

I was very impressed with the customer service at Johnny's Nursery. Last year my wife bought me a beautiful olive tree for Christmas, and the team here spent nearly an hour going through care tips with us. They even asked us to send photos after we planted it to see if we had any other questions about lighting and care needs. I felt bad, because at that point we had already spent a lot of money with a different nursery in the Coachella Valley landscaping our yard (and they were lacking in the service service department). But get this, the manager asked for the list of plants we had already bought, and went through care tips for almost everything on that list she was familiar with... even though we bought from someone else. I can tell they genuinely love plants, which makes me wish I had more space to plant in.

Johnny’s nursery is fabulous! Beautiful area and organized. Everything is very clean and organized. The owner is friendly and helpful. Gorgeous plants and more to choose from. We can’t wait to return for another project. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Johnny's Nursery or this would be one long review. They were outstanding! I won't go anywhere else because of the selection of plants, flowers, trees and shrubs! I'm terrible with names but the girl that spent over 2 hours with us was sooooooo helpful my 2 daughters and I really appreciated her input on plant selection for our project! Another thing I love is they are a family owned business! I would rather spend money on a family owned business then corporate businesses for my plant needs! Johnny's has earned my business for life so much that I've already referred my cousin here for her project coming up! Oh.... butters was a cool dog who chilled the whole time we were looking at plants! Thanks again for all your help! Sorry I can't remember the girls name who helped us but she was AWESOME!

I purchased 5 crepe Myrtle trees and I am happy with them. However what I’m really unhappy with is the customer service. The lady who runs it is very condescending and evasive when it comes to holding up to her end of the bargain. She promised me many things prior to me making my purchase and afterwards she back pedaled on them. She promised to send me photos of my trees before delivering them and she didn’t. I bought them without even seeing them because they didn’t have any at the nursery when I made my purchase. Make sure you get everything she promises in writing because she loves to throw the “contract” in your face. I had a lot more landscaping to do but I will be taking my business elsewhere. It just goes to show how much your attitude really matters. She really blew it!
