Did excellent work repairing my Titan Royal II horse trailer. Worked well with insurance and kept me updated. They went above and beyond handling my payment/pickup to assist as my truck was stolen while the trailer was in for work

My son purchased a product at this location and recommended them. I called at least two times and asked very specific questions about availability as well as financing for zero term mowers and never got a returned call although they said they wouldn’t took my number. I tried and tried to support local businesses but ended up ordering a unit online. Makes me sad.

Go here if you want to be disappointed. We took a small project in for repair in September and was told it would be done in 3 weeks. We called and left 3 messages for updates after 3 weeks and never got so much as a callback. One time I was put on hold and without any reply, I was hungup on. Finally, we went and picked it up from exactly where we left it not bothering to let them know we picked it up. A week later they called...about 2 months after we had left it with them. No communication and no service...not what a customer should expect.

I read all the reviews and after reading all the reviews I decided to try them. I went in did my paper work at the front office with the lady. Then, I went around back drop off my lawnmower. They said it would be three to four weeks but would call when finished. I got a phone call in two and half weeks and they said my mower was ready. I was very impressed with everything. I would recommend taking your mower to theses guys, they were great. Bob

I have used JR's repair twice and recommended them to friends. They have always been nice to deal with. I brought them some old riders to see if I could use them on a trade. They only had one to offer and my friend did not have money to buy that one. They still took the old mowers and did a quick troubleshooting technique on a push mower and got it running. All in all they saved my friend $150.00, had she had to pay to haul mowers away and get a carburetor repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again JR, you made my friend's day.

Was told my mower would have a week turnaround to just put on a handlebar for my mower. More than 3 weeks past and they still didn't have it finished. They couldn't even order all the parts it needed because they didn't look closely enough to see what had to be ordered for it. I ended up going in and taking it to do by myself and order the parts they missed. They still charged me for labor even though they only completed half of the work. Rude employees, no respect for me since I am in my 20's. Unprofessional manager. Save yourself a huge headache and go somewhere else!
