started out fantastic but when a minor reno turned into a major one, he quit 1/2 way thru and left us with a horrendous mess that I'm going to have to hire someone else come and fix. left big holes in the floor which allowed cold air to coming thru, closets taken apart and not finished, sheet rocked over an a/c vent then refused to show up to fix it so now I'm heating my crawlspace. cement board not complete, and then a mess on brand new carpet. tools all over the place, trash, and a debris pile 6' long and 3' high that I now have to deal with not to mention the stuff he just pitched out the window instead of taking it to the dump. needless to say, I am not happy.

I would give Kevin's Handyman Service 4 stars, because he does good work and pays attention to details,
But not dependable, or reliable, if he would overcome that flaw,
I would highly recommend him,
I used his services for about 3 weeks, he did some interior patching and painting, good work and efficient, he also did some exterior repairs and painting, and did a good job, except on the carport roof he replaced about a 10 foot section of the roof and it started leaking soon after he dis the work

Wouldn’t hire this man to walk my dog. In my opinion he isn’t a honest person. Didn’t do the work he was supposed to.
