Any artist needs some creative freedom, and Brent's approach was to buy for our agreed design, but used his discretion to make small tweaks if he came across cool, low maintenance plants at nurseries. I couldn't be happier with his tweaks!

Brent transformed my yard from a barren and boring place to a beautiful blend of tropical with various palms and hibiscus, and a butterfly garden with about 20 varieties of flowering plants. I've been enjoying hummingbirds and butterflies I've never seen in any yard while sitting by the pool.

Brent cleans up after himself and works fast. He's always up beat, smiling and energetic, and his team is very professional. I couldn't be happier with my yard!

From the first meeting through the most recent round of installation we have been thoroughly impressed by their services. The plant material selected not only blends perfectly with our surroundings but is of high quality (Brent handpicks and sources each plant from local farms) and priced reasonably. Brent has been really great about working with our budget and schedule. This is the second house we are using Knoll Landscape Design to develop our garden.

We are in the process of doing a large addition to the house, and for various reasons, we wanted to install our garden in phases. Brent did a great job of coming up with the entire design and helping us understand how everything works together. Then, we prioritized important areas to get done as soon as possible (such as hiding our neighbor's house). He was more than happy to help us do that. I'll try to remember to update the final outcome. So far, on time and on budget! Photos to come!

Wow! That's all my neighbors and friends say after they come see our new yard. Our yard is full of so many goodies that it is an absolute joy to walk people around and make them stick their nose in different flowers and experience the butterfly, hummingbird and tropical garden Brent created for us. We moved onto an amazing property that was overgrown and poorly put together and needed some organization and mystical quality. Although we DIY mostly everything, I am so glad we got Brent in here because there is no way I could have achieved even 10% of the beauty and awesome arrangements that Brent created.

At the beginning, Brent did a walk around with us to get a feel for what we were thinking and then a few days later as promised he sent along a vision board type document for us to get a feel for what he recommended. We agreed to 99% of what he offered right aways, and eventually the 1% we agreed to later as we learned to trust Brent. He really knows his stuff and his enthusiasm is infectious!!

Brent told us that we would be swarmed with Monarch Butterflies when he was through. Well, he wasn't lying, the 2nd day there were 3 monarch butterflies and 2 weeks later we counted 52 monarch caterpillars and 10-12 butterflies flying around. We are about to get inundated with butterflies.

At night, there is a sweet fragrance throughout the whole yard due to so many sweet flowers he has placed in the yard. He really thinks about how to put the entire installation together to maximize the wow factor. I can't convey through words the magical vibe that exists in our backyard.

Brent kept to his time frame and cleaned up after himself and his crew. He kept us well informed of deliveries, how to prep the areas before install, and the watering protocols after install.

We were so happy working with Brent. He became almost part of the family for the two weeks he was working here. I sincerely give Brent the highest recommendation possible and look forward to working with him in the future.

Amazing experience all around. Brent is knowledgeable, flexible and reliable. He took the time to come meet us, walk through our space and discuss preferences, and put together a proposal that we then adjusted together. Installation was timely and seamless, and all his suggestions worked fantastic. I LOVE our new garden, and I am beyond happy with how our privacy hedge is looking. We hired Brent Knoll of Knoll Landscape Design this past spring to design and install our dream garden. We cannot stress enough what a pleasure it was to work with him. From design concept until completion the process was smooth (and it all occurred during the height of the pandemic). Brent listened to us, made good suggestions and worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted within our budget. He is knowledgeable about plant material, the right plant for the right location and the sizes needed to remain within a client’s budget. He was also remarkably adaptable as our plans and ideas regularly changed over time on a near daily basis. We worked together as a team and are all so proud of the result.

Our yard was transformed from a barren and entirely devoid of character and animal life to an exotic tropical landscape attracting native butterflies, birds, bees, and ladybugs. We now have a wonderful variety of spectacular flowering plant life including firebush, ruby red pentas, milkweed, corky stem, giant porter weed, Madagascar butterfly bush, necklace pod, heirloom pink pentas and lantana to name but a few. Our relatively small lot has grown in depth, interest and complexity and brings us much joy on a daily basis. It has been only a few months but the garden looks like it has been there forever. Last, we couldn’t recommend any business more highly than Knoll Landscape Design. The process was explained to us in advance and each step happened on schedule (discussion/photos/exchange of ideas and options/development of plan-drawing of yard with all plants in position); when changes were made at our behest every effort was made to do so without increasing overall costs (where these decreased costs this was reflected in the final invoice!) and Brent showed up on time nearly every time notifying us by text message of any delay
