Im leaving 5 stars for the service. A gentleman called me while I was at work for a delivery, he was so gracious and polite! He wanted permission to access my backyard to ensure the flowers were under shade and also provided me with who sent the flowers so I could thank them right away. The flowers we very pretty, some were falling but I think that’s okay due to being outside and they were a bit long for the vase. Thank you to the gentleman who delivered them!

I am very disappointed in Krupp costomer service. I ordered a garden bowl not the small one but the xl one for a co-worker's fathers funeral. They sent a basket instead and it looked Charlie Brown. I called several times and told the clerk about it. She said that she would take my information down and have the owner call me back. It has been 3 weeks. I gave it awhile since Valentine day fell a week later. It is not like I am a one time customer I order the same thing for every funeral. Again I am very disappointed. The owner finally called me back and we settled the issue. I feel better now. Will continue to use them.

My sympathy flowers sent from my employer were delivered and left on my porch in sub-degree weather. When I arrived home, the water in the vase were frozen and so were my flowers. I called Krupp and they agreed to send me flowers again, and asked for the old arrangement back. I intentionally stayed home and waited and waited and never received my flower arrangement. Pictures attached were the flowers on the day of delivery.

Flowers in the bouquet sent by a relative on death of wife's mother (through Teleflora) were of mixed quality, some already wilted and falling off when delivered and the next day. Krupp did not respond to multiple email, online, and telephone contacts. One would expect better from a local business

I received a delivery from Krupp on the afternoon of 1-2-25 from an out of town relative. On 1-3-25 in the morning, about half of the flowers were drooped and dying. I tried calling but got no answer, so I sent an email on the "customer service" option on their web site. No response. Today is 1-7-25, all the flowers have died, I've called twice and sent a second email. Still no response. I wouldn't recommend this florist for anything. Their flowers are not fresh, and they have no concern around customer service or the quality of their product.

I called them from Tennessee to see if I could have an arrangement delivered to a friend in Mascoutah that day. I called at noon on a Saturday. They were very helpful and were indeed able to deliver the arrangement I purchased within a couple of hours. Would use them again.

I ordered a premium Ivory Elegance floral basket for a relative’s funeral. I went with the premium which was the largest and most expensive because I wanted to be sure it was very nice. Every flower that was displayed in the FTD photo was shorted in the basket at the funeral home. Five snapdragons instead of 6, 3 lilies instead of 5 or 6, 4 roses instead of 5, 3 clumps of daisies instead of 9, no hydrangeas instead of 3. There were 4 asters that were in the floral basket and not in the FTD basket I guess these were supposed to make up for all the flowers the florist shorted me. The FTD basket looked all full and lush and the basket at the funeral home looked old. The lilies were completely open and one was broken. There wasn’t one gap or open space in the FTD basket but the basket at the funeral home had gaps everywhere like flowers had been pulled out or maybe nothing was there in the first place. I couldn’t be more disappointed. I’ve posted photos. I challenge anyone to tell me what I received from this florist was equal in value to what I purchased through the website.

Krupp Florist provided the flowers for our wedding day, and we couldn’t be happier with choosing them for this. Nancy and the whole staff were very organized and easy to get ahold of. Every time I randomly called to check in, they quickly answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease 😊 Nancy even called me the week of my wedding to describe what the flowers that came in looked like to make sure I didn’t want any last minute changes! Such sweet people and so glad we went with them!
