Delivered our flowers to the wrong funeral home. Were even told by management of that place there was no funeral there... so instead of delivering to the correct place in a timely manner they just left them at the wrong place. Our flowers finally arrived toward the end of the visitation (because the OTHER funeral home handled the situation). Caused unnecessary stress for all of us. Did not offer refund, discount, nothing, for the delay in delivery (at least were apologetic though and Blamed the situation on the new person). On top of all this- Our flowers were the most green and leafy out of all of the arrangements so the quality wasn’t great for what we paid.

This flower shop was very professional and nice.
Was getting a dozen of Rose's for wife's birthday.
My wife loved them.i will be getting my flowers from this shop.

LaKays Floral in Dadeville is a wonderful spot for gifts and outstanding florals. The staff is always helpful and full of charm. Definitely a 5 star florist with a 5 star staff!!
