Great place bought our alumacraft here 2 years ago. They even switched our (new) old motor over to the new boat. Everything was perfect. Had an issue with our 3 gal gas tank this year and they looked at it and fixed at no charge Dave is great. Thank you for everything. We even have a buddy from Ohio that drives an hour to get his oil here.

I can not say enough about this business. Top notch class act. After a disappointing morning visiting the other local boat dealers I visited Lake Road Marine. I walked in, met Greg, told him what I was looking for and in less than 15 minutes I was scheduled for a new motor install for my pontoon. Start to finish, it was top notch! A most disappointed customer here.
Took my less than 1year old Suzuki motor for required first service and this is how it was returned to me.
This 100% happened while at the dealership.
Would appreciate this being taken care of.
4/25 update:
Forced to file a dispute of payment.
No reply or attempt to rectify issue.
Cannot under any circumstance recommend this dealer for any reason

In 2021 Stopped by to schedule them to look at our boat motor . Was told to drop it off after hours and park in it in back and it would take a few days. Left number and make and model of boat. A week later we decided to call in and to our unpleasant surprise, they told us they didn’t know who’s boat it was and never touched it. When we did get boat back an additional few days later the motor was worse and our case oil was drained and not filled like they told us they would do AND was very rude as if we were a bother.
We thought it was a fluke and hoped it was a bad day. In 2022 went up to again for a part and again was treated as if we were an inconvenience! Was told they couldn’t get a part in for months or at all.
We went to a place close by and was treated with dignity and parts came in asap.
Will NEVER recommend Lakeside Marina!

I recently bought a used outboard motor from Lake Road Marine. I had my reservations to say the least. But im glad i did. Allen really took care of me. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. 😉

Got a 2018 aluma Craft 165 sc. Love the boat. Have some problems with motor not running well and some small stuff that needs attention. I really hope they will take care of me like I hard. I will let everyone know how it turns out. I really appreciate how they treated me when I bought the boat.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon, guy was working with another couple taking about a swim ladder. I stood by for about 3 minutes and he never so much as said he'd be with me shortly. I walked around the outside a bit looking for another salesperson but found none. Left with our boat-buying business never even welcomed.
